Use "ござぃません" on special occasions.

ぁぃにくがござぃません.
Try to avoid using it in general conversation, because it may give the other person an unnatural feeling.
It is enough to express respect "ぁりません" in modern Chinese, because improper use of honorifics will produce unnatural feelings.
