2. Click Insert /“SmartArt to open the Select SmartArt Graphics dialog box. Select Hierarchy in the list on the left side of the dialog box and Table Hierarchy in the middle area. 3. Set the layout of the organization chart. We can change some layouts as needed; Click "Design" and we can see "Change Layout" in the middle area of the basic column. We choose "organization chart" here.
4. The default graphics may not meet our requirements. We select the rectangular shape in the first row, then click the Design and Add Shape buttons, and select the Add Assistant option in the drop-down menu.
5. The previous step is to add the second line. Our step is to add a graph in the third line. Select the rectangle in the first row, then click the "Design and Add Shape" button, and select the "Add Shape Below" option in the drop-down menu, so that the new shape will appear in the third row.
6. Add text to the organization chart. After setting the layout, you can add text. Select the first rectangle, make sure the insertion point is in it, and enter "General Manager". When you type again, the font will automatically resize. Similarly, enter relevant contents in turn.
7. Change the shape of the organization chart. In order to treat the relationship at different levels differently, we can choose the shape of the corresponding graph; We click on the format and change the shape. In the drop-down list that appears, we select the graphics we want.
8. According to the method in step 7, we changed the graphics of the second and third lines, and finally made our structure diagram.
