Shilipu, Fenggang Sub-district Office of Nangong City, is located in the west of Tengfei Road, east of Fenghuang Road, south of Chaoyang Street and north of Qingnian Street. There are 589 households with 2567 people in the village, with 357 mu of cultivated land. There are 90 party member in the village. There are five members of the "two committees" team, including five branch members, three residents' committees and three cross members. Zhai Limin, secretary of the branch, concurrently serves as the director of the neighborhood committee. Members of the "two committees" led all villagers to actively explore and develop the economy of "villages in cities" and improve the living standards of all villagers. Focus on guiding and helping villagers to develop transportation, construction, breeding and other industries, and achieved good results.

On February 4th, 20021year, Shilipu community was selected into the list of civilized villages and towns at the municipal level in Xingtai City from 2018 to 2020.
There are tourist attractions such as Nangong Lake Wetland Park, Jinan Martyrs Cemetery, Qunying Lake Wetland Park, Nangong Temple, Nanbei Guzhen Village and so on near Shilipu Community, and there are special products such as Nangong Jujube, "Yingong" lint, Nangong watermelon, Nangong Sesame and Nangong smoked vegetables.
