1. To register IWS, you should be an individual user. The following contents are based on the above premise. If it is an institution, please consult yourself.
2. Take out your passport/pass and find out when you bought the machine and the stamp page of the local customs you bought.
3. A valid purchase certificate is required. This coupon has different definitions in different regions, generally it is a receipt (in Hong Kong, for example, it is a receipt issued by a merchant). Please note that a valid receipt should show the date, model and serial number of your purchase.
4. Now turn the machine over with your ass up. Look at that Microsoft color sticker: COA. There are two pieces of information on the COA. The first set of numbers is the SN of the operating system on your machine, so we won't look at it. The second set of numbers is 14 digits starting with 000 or 800, which is the key to registering IWS: product number information. Ok, take a pen and paper and write down the number 14.
5. Check the left side of the COA again. There is a small black and white note, which lists the model and serial number of the machine and writes it down. These materials should be consistent with the contents of your proof of purchase.
6. Take out the digital camera or scanner and scan the stamped page, photo page and proof of purchase of the travel document.
