1 998 65438+1October1,the emergency response hotline for chemical accidents was opened for the first time in China (hereinafter referred to as the hotline). The special line is set according to the requirements of the first-class mode of international chemical accident emergency response, providing 7*24-hour emergency response service. In 2002, this special line was designated as the national emergency line for chemical accidents by state administration of work safety. This special line provides technical support for the fire department of the Ministry of Public Security to deal with chemical accidents, and it is also the emergency response telephone of China Petrochemical Group.

The emergency special line has rich chemical information data and emergency resources, professional emergency responders and expert groups, and a duty room with advanced equipment and perfect functions. The special line can provide information on the physical and chemical characteristics, explosion risk, toxicity, environmental hazards, leakage disposal, fire fighting, first aid and treatment of poisoning, personal protection and so on. Service targets include: hazardous chemicals business units, local safety supervision, medical care, fire protection, transportation, railways, aviation and other institutions and the public.

The special line has thousands of member enterprises, providing emergency services for the production, storage, transportation, sales and use of its products.

Development goal of the dedicated line: within the overall framework of the national emergency rescue system, a national-level chemical accident emergency rescue technical guidance center with quick response, network linkage, standing plan, professional guidance, accurate information, supplementary cases and effective rescue will be built.

Chemical emergency hotline

The chemical accident emergency response hotline (0532-83889090, hereinafter referred to as the "hotline") was first opened in the Mainland on June 6th, 2008, and it was established in accordance with the Class I mode of international chemical accident emergency response, providing services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In 2002, the hotline was designated as the only national emergency hotline for chemical accidents by the State Administration of Work Safety. The hotline also provides technical support for the Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security, and is also the emergency response hotline of Sinopec.

The emergency response hotline is equipped with rich chemical information and emergency resources, and has emergency response experts and expert groups. There is also a well-equipped duty room with advanced functions. The hotline can provide information such as physical and chemical characteristics of chemicals, hazard identification, toxicological information, environmental hazards, accident release measures, fire control measures, first aid and medical treatment, personal protection, etc. Target customers include: units engaged in hazardous chemicals, local safety supervision bureaus, hospitals, fire departments, transportation departments, railway departments, airlines and the public.

The hotline has thousands of members who provide emergency services for their products in the process of production, storage, transportation, sales and use.

The strategic goal of the hotline: to build a national chemical accident emergency rescue technical consultation center with rapid response, unified network, standing plan, professional guidance, accurate information, case support and effective rescue within the overall framework of the national emergency rescue system.
