Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 These Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant documents of the Ministry of Education.
Article 2 The full name of the school is Chengdu University of Information Technology, and the English translation is Chengdu University of Information Technology. It is a public full-time ordinary institution of higher learning organized by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government. Originally affiliated to China Meteorological Bureau, the school was transferred to Sichuan Province in 2000, and the management system of joint construction between the central and local governments and local management is implemented. The school focuses on information science and atmospheric science, with interdisciplinary characteristics, engineering, science and management as the main disciplines, and the development of multiple disciplines is coordinated and integrated. The school mainly focuses on undergraduate education and postgraduate education. For ordinary undergraduate students who meet the conditions for graduation, the school will issue full-time general higher education graduation certificates and bachelor's degree certificates upon graduation. The school has two campuses: the airport and Longquan. Airport Campus is located at No.24 Xuefu Road, Southwest Airport Economic Development Zone in Chengdu, and Longquan Campus is located at No.4 Xingfu Road 10, Sunshine City, Longquanyi District, Chengdu.
Article 3 The enrollment of full-time undergraduate students in schools shall be supervised by the education discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 4 A school shall set up an undergraduate enrollment committee composed of school leaders, heads of relevant departments, alumni representatives, teachers' representatives and students' representatives, and be fully responsible for implementing the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment. Set up a leading group for enrollment work, which is responsible for fully implementing the decision of the party and government of the school on enrollment work, and is responsible for enrollment work of the school; Set up a discipline inspection and supervision team headed by the head of the discipline inspection and supervision department to supervise the whole process of enrollment.
Article 5 The school has an Admissions Office under the Admissions and Employment Department, as a permanent institution for full-time undergraduate enrollment, which is responsible for the daily affairs of undergraduate enrollment under the leadership of the school's undergraduate enrollment committee.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 6 A school shall formulate an annual enrollment plan according to its development strategy, school conditions, social needs and discipline construction plan. The number of enrollment plans shall be subject to the enrollment plans of ordinary colleges and universities approved by the Ministry of Education and issued to the enrollment management departments of provinces (cities, districts) and announced to the public.
Seventh according to the actual situation of each province (city, district), consider regional balance, student structure, student quality, social demand and other factors as the main basis for the allocation of enrollment plans, and tilt to the central and western regions.
Eighth schools in accordance with the provisions of the reserved plan does not exceed 0% of the total number of undergraduate enrollment plans. After the approval of the competent department, the number of plans and the principle of use will be announced to the public, and the use will be publicized after admission. The school uses the reserved plan, giving priority to areas with more students and better quality and the central and western regions.
Article 9 The training of high-end technical and skilled undergraduate talents carried out by the school and Chengdu Aviation Vocational and Technical College adopts the methods of special projects, separate plans and separate enrollment. Sichuan's enrollment code is "5507", and you can't change your major after admission.
Chapter IV Admission
Article 10 Schools shall select qualified candidates in accordance with the principle of "fairness, justice and openness".
Article 11 The school's physical examination standards for candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and relevant supplementary provisions. Candidates who are unable to take care of themselves and complete their studies normally due to their physical health will not be admitted. Freshmen will be re-examined after entering school, and those who fail or cheat in physical examination will be disqualified.
Twelfth visual communication design majors only recruit art majors, and candidates' cultural and professional test scores must reach the qualified line of art majors designated by provinces (cities, districts).
Article 13 All compulsory public foreign language courses offered by non-foreign language majors in schools are in English, and non-English language candidates should be cautious when filling in their volunteers. English majors and translation majors need extra oral tests.
Fourteenth schools recognize the bonus policy confirmed by the provincial education department where the students are located.
Fifteenth schools according to the provinces (cities, districts) to determine the proportion of the transfer of files. In principle, the provinces (cities, districts) in parallel volunteer should be controlled within 105% of the enrollment plan, and the provinces (cities, districts) outside parallel volunteer should be controlled within 120% of the enrollment plan.
Article 16 The admission rules of a school are "giving priority to admission and following voluntariness". Candidates with a given ranking score are sorted according to the ranking score; If there is no sorting score, it will be sorted from high to low (if the total score is the same, the liberal arts will be sorted in the order of Chinese, comprehensive arts and sciences, and the science will be sorted in the order of mathematics, comprehensive science and foreign languages). Determine the ranking of each candidate, and then arrange majors according to the ranking of candidates and the order of professional volunteers. Candidates who can't meet their professional volunteers and don't obey the professional deployment will be dismissed by the school.
Article 17 Admission Rules for Art Major of Visual Communication Design: Non-parallel volunteer provinces are admitted from high to low according to their cultural achievements and the total score of the unified professional examination. When the total score is the same, the higher the major, the higher the priority; Other provinces that implement parallel volunteer Toudang shall follow the comprehensive score algorithm and admission rules formulated by the local admissions department. Parallel volunteer is implemented in Sichuan Province, which requires that candidates who apply for our school have a cultural score of 30 points (including 30 points) higher than the provincial control line, and candidates who enter the file are admitted from high to low according to their professional scores.
Eighteenth schools in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implement the local admission rules of "professional voluntary queuing admission within the scope of enrollment plan 1: 1"; Candidates in Jiangsu Province are admitted by the sorting method of "score first, then score", and the subject and score requirements are subject to the contents published by Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute; The subjects and admission rules of the provinces that implement the new college entrance examination plan shall be subject to the measures promulgated by the provinces (cities).
Nineteenth approved by the Ministry of Education, schools in some provinces (cities, districts) to the meteorological department directional enrollment, interested in applying, according to the requirements of each province. In the provinces where directional enrollment batches are set separately, candidates need to fill in the code of our directional enrollment specialty correctly in the corresponding batches; Provinces that have not set up a single batch of directional enrollment require candidates to fill in the corresponding batch of directional enrollment professional codes of our school as required, or select the option of "obeying directional deployment". Candidates with the above information are deemed to be willing to apply for directional majors, and the school will select the best candidates from the candidates who have already filed according to the total score from high to low on the score line designated by the admissions departments of all provinces (cities, districts). The admitted directional candidates must sign a directional employment agreement with the relevant directional units in accordance with the regulations before entering school. Refuse to sign the agreement, as a waiver of admission, according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of education to cancel its admission qualification, shall not be transferred to the general profession.
Twentieth freshmen, the school according to the enrollment policy and admission standards for their qualification examination. Anyone who does not meet the admission conditions or engages in malpractices for personal gain will be disqualified.
Twenty-first schools will provide corresponding awards, loans and grants to candidates with financial difficulties in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education.
Chapter V Charging Standards
Article 22 According to the Notice of Sichuan Provincial Price Bureau, Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance and Sichuan Provincial Department of Education on Implementing the Pilot Reform of Credit System Fees in Colleges and Universities in our province (Sichuan Price Fee [2004] 1 18), the fees of our school are as follows:
Science and engineering major: 4,900 yuan/birth year; Cultural management major: 4,400 yuan/year.
Art major: 7200 yuan/year.
Accommodation: 1200 yuan/year (four rooms), 900 yuan/year (six rooms).

The school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of institutions and individuals who use the name of Chengdu University of Information Science and Technology to conduct illegal enrollment and publicity activities.
Article 25 These Articles of Association are applicable to full-time undergraduate enrollment this year.
Article 26 In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels shall prevail.
Article 27 The Admissions Office of Chengdu University of Information Technology shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association.
