The List of Accommodation Standards for Staff of Central and State Organs Traveling to Local Places sets specific standards for staff of different levels of central and state organs traveling to different regions. For example, according to the notice, the staff of the central and state organs come to Beijing for business, with ministerial level 1 100 yuan/person-day, bureau level 650 yuan/person-day and other staff 500 yuan/person-day. The standards of 1 100 yuan/person/day, 600 yuan/person/day, and 500 yuan/person/day shall be implemented respectively for ministerial, bureau and other personnel traveling to Shanghai. In addition, for the central and state organs to travel to local areas in different seasons, different standards are also implemented according to the tourist peak season. For example, Sanya, a tourist resort, is at 10.

During April, officials at ministerial level and bureau level respectively implemented the standards of 1.200 yuan/person-day, 720 yuan/person-day and 480 yuan/person-day, which were significantly higher than those on weekdays.

All units should strictly follow the travel expenses system and the relevant provisions of austerity and waste prevention, strengthen the management of business trip approval, strictly control the number and days of business trips, strictly manage the travel expenses budget and review the reimbursement, and control the scale of travel expenses. In violation of the provisions on the management of travel expenses, the relevant departments shall investigate the responsibilities of relevant units and personnel according to law.

1. Adjust Beijing, Shanghai, etc. 1 1 accommodation standards for city-level cadres, accommodation standards for 7 city-level cadres, and accommodation standards for 33 city-level cadres and below.

The adjusted accommodation standard for business trips is the upper limit standard for staff of central and state organs to travel to provincial capitals, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities with separate plans. All kinds of personnel should adhere to the principle of thrift, choose their own hotel accommodation (regardless of room type) according to the accommodation standards corresponding to their ranks, and truthfully reimburse them within the quota standards.
