Xue Xin. Com is an information network for higher education students in China. It was registered in May 2002 by the National College Students Information Consulting and Employment Guidance Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) and operated by Xue Xin Consulting Service Co., Ltd., which is controlled by the Center. It is an e-government platform designated by the College Students Department of the Ministry of Education.
Relying on the large-scale data warehouse established by the Center, China Higher Education Student Information Network integrates college enrollment, academic qualification certification, graduate employment and personal information of national student loans, and has opened an academic inquiry system, an academic information management platform, a "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" information platform, and an online registration and admission inspection system for master students.
E-government system and social information service system such as national student loan student personal information system, online office system for academic qualification certification, employment channel, etc. In 2008, based on the transformation of government functions under the new situation, the center strengthened public services and fully served the employment needs of college students, and opened a three-dimensional public service platform for college students' employment nationwide.

Students who haven't graduated are registered on the website of the Ministry of Education every year.
