First, the examination registration conditions
According to the provisions of Article 9 of the Interim Provisions on the Professional Qualification System of Real Estate Agents, any citizen of China who abides by national laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions may apply to take the real estate agent qualification examination:
(a) to obtain a college degree and have worked for 6 years, including 3 years in real estate brokerage business.
(two) to obtain a bachelor's degree and work for 4 years, including 2 years in real estate brokerage business.
(3) Graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program, and worked for 3 years, including real estate brokerage business for 1 year.
(four) to obtain a master's degree, work for 2 years, engaged in real estate brokerage business for 1 year.
(5) Having obtained a doctorate and engaged in real estate brokerage business for 1 year.

Third, the registration method
(1) Applicants can log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Network (website: www.bjpta.gov.cn) from June 14 to June 25, 2004, fill in and sign up for the Registration Form for Real Estate Broker Qualification Examination (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form) online, print the registration form on A4 paper, and attach photos as required.
(two) the "application form" for the first time to fill in the online registration, which shall be examined and sealed by the personnel (cadre) department of my unit; Files stored in the talent service center or local street need to be audited and sealed by my unit first, and then audited and sealed by the personnel department of the talent service center or the local street personnel department; My household registration agency is not in this city, but I am employed in Beijing, and the personnel management department of the employment unit is responsible for reviewing and stamping. When registering, you must hold the online "Declaration Form", my identity certificate (ID card, military officer's card, driver's license, passport), the original of the corresponding education or degree certificate (the original of the qualification certificate of real estate appraiser is required for exemption) and the proof of real estate broker's working experience, and go through the registration formalities at the registration point within the specified time.
(3) Non-first-time applicants shall go through the registration formalities at the registration place with the "Registration Form" filled in online, my identity certificate, the notice of the last exam result or the admission ticket; You can also use the online payment card of China Industrial and Commercial Bank or China Merchants Bank to log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Network from June 14 to June 25, 2004, and go through the online registration and electronic payment settlement procedures directly according to online procedures.
4. Candidates can download and print the admission ticket on the website of Beijing Personnel Examination on September 27th, 2004, and take the exam at the specified time and place with the admission ticket and identity certificate. The examination results and the time for those who passed the examination to receive the qualification certificate were published in Beijing Personnel Examination Network and Voice Service Desk (15438+ 10/00 or 1605 100) in mid-June, 2005.

(three) the relevant qualifications or degrees in the above-mentioned examination registration conditions refer to the qualifications or degrees recognized by the national education department; Relevant working years refer to the sum of the working hours before and after the applicant obtains the required academic qualifications, and the deadline is the end of 2004.
(four) the national real estate broker qualification examination shall be managed in a two-year cycle. Participants in all 4 subject examinations must pass the examination subjects within two consecutive examination years; Those who are exempt from some subjects must pass the examination subjects within one examination year.
