Taobao shop just opened, and someone came to ask why the price would pop up when chatting with guests.

You can't set the automatic pop-up dialog box after guests enter the store. Only when the guest actively clicks the chat icon to contact the seller will the dialog box pop up.

However, you can set the reply language to pop up automatically when the guest actively contacts the seller.

These settings are as follows:

At the top of the chat software interface, click Chat to open the chat interface:

In the lower left corner indicated by the arrow above, click. Pop up the drop-down menu and select "System Settings".

Click "System Settings" to enter the settings page:

Click "Customer Service Settings" and select "Auto Reply Settings" in the pop-up drop-down menu.

Click "Auto Reply Settings" to enter the settings page, check the corresponding conditions, and set the auto reply information, which can be modified at any time.

When the settings are finished, click OK.

When the buyer clicks the chat icon to contact the seller and send a message, the seller's dialog box can automatically reply the message to the buyer.
