These certificates are the proof of workers' professional skill level, and they are valid certificates for the legal notarization of China citizens' overseas employment and labor export. The above certificates are uniformly printed by the Ministry of Labor and issued by the labor administrative department according to the regulations. No other organization or individual may illegally print or distribute it.
A, occupation qualification certificate (hereinafter referred to as the certificate) to fill in the Chinese characters, numbers, date printed by the printer.
The Chinese characters in the contents of the certificate are written in the font of imitation Song Xiao No.4, and the numbers are written in Arabic numerals of imitation Song Xiao No.4. If the name is more than six Chinese characters, you can fill in two lines, and if the occupation (type of work) name is more than eight Chinese characters, you can fill in two lines.
Education level should be filled in separately: primary school, junior high school, senior high school, technical secondary school, technical school, vocational high school, junior college, university and graduate student.
Two, the date of issuance of the certificate shall fill in the date of examination and approval of the certificate by the issuing authority, and the date of issuance shall be the effective date of the vocational qualification certificate.
The certificate code is coded according to the Code Scheme of Vocational Skills Appraisal Certificate (Lao Peizisi [1997] No.44). In 2000, the codes are arranged year by year starting from 00.
3. The name of the certified occupation (type of work) shall be filled in according to the name specified in the People's Republic of China (PRC) Vocational Classification Ceremony. Occupations (jobs) that are not listed in the People's Republic of China (PRC) Vocational Classification Ceremony can only be used after their names are approved by the Training and Employment Department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
Four, theoretical knowledge assessment results and operational skills assessment results are filled in with a percentage system.
The evaluation results should be filled in as qualified, good and excellent. 60-79 is qualified, 80-89 is good, and 90- 100 is excellent. The evaluation results are determined according to the lowest scores of theoretical knowledge assessment and operational skills assessment.
Five, the certificate photo should be affixed with my two-inch bareheaded black and white photo, and stamped with the special seal for professional skill appraisal of the issuing authority in the lower left corner. Where the national unified proposition or the certificate of qualified test questions is extracted from the national question bank, it is necessary to post the national unified proposition in the lower right corner of the photo and sign the qualified certificate.
Six, the certificate issuing organ shall be stamped with the special seal for the professional skill appraisal (certificate) of the administrative department of labor and social security of the State Council or the relevant departments of labor and social security, and the special seal for the professional skill appraisal (guidance) center (India) shall be stamped with the special seal for the professional skill appraisal (guidance) center, and the date shall be filled in with the date of approval of the examination results. The military system issues certificates, and the inspection methods shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
Seven, the contents of the certificate must be filled in accordance with the above requirements. Certificates that are not filled in and printed according to the above requirements are invalid.
