Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment, standardize the enrollment behavior, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant enrollment laws and regulations of the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual situation of our school.
Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of full-time general and art colleges in our school.
Article 3 Full name of the school: Yangzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College. School code: 13754. The codes of schools in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall be subject to those published by the admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Article 4 Yangzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College is located in Yangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city in Jiangsu Province, and won the Habitat Award. Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 6 The leading institution of school enrollment is the Admissions and Employment Committee of Yangzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College.
Article 7 The enrollment organization and implementation organization of the school is the Admissions and Employment Department, which is responsible for formulating the enrollment regulations of the college, making enrollment plans, carrying out enrollment publicity, and organizing and implementing the daily work of enrollment of college students.
Article 8 Schools shall set up enrollment working groups in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) according to needs, which shall be responsible for the enrollment publicity and consultation work in their respective regions and assist the enrollment office in the enrollment work. Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 10 According to the actual situation of the school's talent training objectives, school conditions, the number of college entrance examinations in each province, the quality of students and the coordinated development of regions, combined with the preparation of the school's student enrollment plan in recent years, the school's provincial enrollment plan is comprehensively analyzed and determined. After examination, it will be announced to the public by the competent admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Eleventh schools need to adjust the enrollment plan according to the situation of students, by the school to the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) in charge of the enrollment plan and enrollment department to apply for approval before implementation.
Chapter IV Access Rules

Fourteenth schools should strictly implement the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Ministry of Education and related regulations (physical examination and requirements for special majors). There is no requirement for the ratio of male to female when the school enrolls new students.
Fifteenth assessment methods: students take the general college entrance examination organized by each province.
Article 16 In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) for the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, the school implements the enrollment system under the responsibility of the school and the supervision of the enrollment departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), adheres to the comprehensive measurement of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and enrolls students in accordance with the principles of fairness, openness, impartiality and merit-based, and strictly follows the relevant enrollment regulations.
Seventeenth our school strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and provinces (cities, districts) to implement preferential policies for extra points.
Eighteenth pilot provinces (cities) of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination are admitted according to the relevant provisions of the college entrance examination reform plan, and other provinces (cities) are admitted according to the code (classification).
Nineteenth schools will determine the proportion of file transfer according to the relevant provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government). If the number of people is insufficient, they will participate in parallel colleges (including those that obey their wishes) to collect voluntary admission or draw other voluntary admission according to regulations.
Twentieth candidates in Jiangsu Province to implement the parallel volunteer file, in accordance with the principle of "sorting by points, follow the voluntary" to arrange majors; When the total score of culture is the same, the majors will be arranged according to the unified sorting rules of Jiangsu Higher Education Admissions Committee. Re-scoring, combined with the comprehensive ranking of candidates' academic level test scores and comprehensive quality evaluation. Professional transfer admission can only be carried out in the professional group of the candidate's investment institution. Candidates who can't be admitted because they don't obey the professional adjustment and don't meet the professional admission conditions will be dismissed.
Candidates from other provinces strictly implement the rules of filing in each province, and arrange majors according to the principle of "sorting by points and following wishes", that is, sorting by candidates' filing scores from high to low. When the total score of culture is the same, the professional arrangement shall be implemented according to the enrollment implementation plan of each province; If there are no specific provisions, when the total score of investment culture is the same, it will be sorted from high to low according to the sum of Chinese and mathematics, the highest score of mathematics, and the highest score of Chinese and foreign languages.
Article 21 The enrollment major of our school does not restrict candidates from taking exams in foreign languages, but the public foreign language courses of our school only offer English courses.
Chapter V Others
Twenty-second candidates admitted to the school, after the examination and approval of the competent departments of admissions in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government), will be recommended by the school.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 28 The Articles of Association shall be announced to the public through Sunshine College Entrance Examination Network. If there is any misunderstanding in the articles of association extracted and published by various media, the complete enrollment articles published by our school shall prevail.
Article 29 If there is any conflict between our previous policies and regulations on enrollment and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail, and the original policies and regulations shall be abolished immediately; When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.
Thirtieth the Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions and Employment Office of Yangzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College.
