Survey School of Hunan Software Vocational and Technical University, formerly known as Hunan Top Information College, was established in 200 1. In 2005, Hunan Software Vocational College was formally established with the approval of the provincial people's government and the record of the Ministry of Education. In 2007, with the ideal of "serving the country through education", Mr. Ren, deputy of the 10th and 10th National People's Congress and chairman of Jinqiao Group, acquired Hunan Software Vocational College as the organizer of the college.
