Three. Recruitment scope and conditions
(1) Anyone who meets the following conditions can apply.
1. has the nationality of the people of China;

4. Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and love work;

8. Meet the relevant requirements of the avoidance system for recruiting staff in public institutions.
(2) The following personnel do not belong to the recruitment scope:
(1) Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, or those who have been expelled from public office, party membership or school status during their higher education; (2) Persons whose term of reeducation through labor or criminal punishment has not expired or who are under judicial investigation for suspected crimes and have not yet reached a conclusion; (3) Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review; (four) the staff of the original organs and institutions who have been dismissed or expelled by the unit for less than five years; (5) Persons who are in the forbidden period due to violation of the recruitment (employment) discipline of staff of government agencies and institutions; (6) personnel of government agencies and institutions during the probation period; (7) Servicemen; (8) Full-time college graduates who are not 20 14; (9) transferring college students whose service period has not expired and whose transfer agreement has not been terminated the day before registration; (10) Persons who are prohibited from being employed as staff members of public institutions according to laws and regulations.
(3) Graduate students who are studying full-time in full-time colleges and universities and have not graduated cannot apply for the exam with their academic qualifications (degrees) certificates; Full-time academic qualifications (degrees) studying in overseas universities must be certified by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(4) If the recruitment position clearly requires work experience, the applicant must have corresponding work experience. The calculation time of work experience is the day before registration, and it is calculated according to the principle of "year to month"; If there is no continuous work experience, it shall be calculated cumulatively according to the principle of "decreasing year by year". The social practice experience of college graduates during their school days can't be regarded as work experience.

Four. Registration procedure

2. Pre-qualification. The District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau conducted a preliminary examination of online qualifications according to the information provided by the applicants on the Internet and the conditions of applying for the post, and put forward preliminary examination opinions from February 20th to March 14. Those who meet the registration conditions shall not refuse to apply for registration; If the preliminary examination fails, the reasons shall be explained; If the information provided is incomplete, it shall indicate the missing content and return it to the applicant for supplement.
3. Inquire about the preliminary examination results of the qualification for the examination. Candidates should carefully choose their positions and majors, and those who have passed the preliminary examination may not change their positions and majors. Those who fail the preliminary qualification examination shall not take the examination.
V. Qualification Examination and Examination
(a) on-site review of registration qualifications
Those who pass the primary election must hold relevant documents and materials to participate in the on-site qualification review at the designated time and place.
The certification materials required for qualification review include: my graduation (degree) certificate, teacher qualification certificate, ID card, work experience required by the recruitment position (with official seal), qualification certificate and other originals and copies 1 copy.
20 14 graduates may not provide graduation certificate, degree certificate and teacher qualification certificate for the time being, but they need to provide the "Recommendation Form for Examination Registration of 20 14 Open Recruitment Institutions in Hechuan District, Chongqing" (Annex 4).
Applicants who can't participate in the on-site qualification review can rely on the original and photocopy materials such as graduation (degree) certificate, teacher qualification certificate, ID card, work experience (official seal) and qualification certificate of the applicants, and 20 14 fresh graduates can rely on the "Recommendation Form for Examination Registration of Staff of Public Recruitment Institutions in Hechuan District, Chongqing" signed by the school and the applicants.
After the applicants pass the qualification review, they must fill in the examination registration form on the spot, pay the examination fee and confirm to take the examination.
(2) Examination and evaluation
Examination and assessment shall be conducted by means of professional subject test or business ability operation and interview. , focusing on assessing candidates' job suitability, mainly assessing candidates' professional ethics, professional knowledge and business ability. The score is 100. Announce the results on the spot, and determine the physical examination object from high score to low score. If the score is less than 60 points, it shall not be determined as a medical examination candidate. If the examiner evaluates the candidates' scores below 60 points, he shall explain the reasons in the scoring table; Candidates with a final score below 60 points should write a written report and report it to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record.

Six, physical examination and inspection
Those who pass the examination shall be organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Hechuan District, Chongqing Municipality for physical examination, and the physical examination shall be organized and implemented according to the relevant requirements of General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (No.25 [2007] of Ministry of Civil Servants) and Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).
Physical examination is carried out in comprehensive medical and health institutions at or above the district level. Recruiting units and candidates who have doubts about the conclusion of the medical examination can submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination, and go to the designated hospital for a one-time re-examination with the consent of the Hechuan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
For those who pass the physical examination, the competent department of the recruiting unit shall organize a unified investigation on their political and ideological quality, ability and quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality cultivation, study and work situation, identity status and whether they need to be avoided, and examine the qualifications of candidates.
Those who fail to pass the physical examination or inspection or automatically give up their qualifications after confirmation will be replenished according to the total score of candidates applying for positions from high to low.
Seven. publicize

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates, and will be publicized in Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network and Hechuan District Human Resources and Social Security Network for 7 working days.
Eight. hire
If there is no objection to the expiration of the publicity period or it does not affect the employment after verification, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. After being approved by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, he is employed as a staff member of a public institution and enjoys the corresponding welfare benefits for the staff of the public institution.
Employed personnel shall be on probation according to regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be transferred to full employment and graded; Those who fail to pass the examination during the probation period or at the end of the probation period, or find that they conceal their pre-job medical history, their physical condition does not meet the post requirements, and provide false materials, will be disqualified. Personnel recruited through examination must have served in this district for more than 5 years, and those whose service period is not full will be disqualified from working in public institutions.
Nine. Disciplinary requirements
