Maoming Station, also known as Maoming Railway Station, was renamed from the original Maoming East Station. 1991May was completed, located at Beisi Road, Station, Maonan District, Maoming City, Guangdong Province. It is the intersection of high-speed railway in the west coast of Guangdong (Maozhan high-speed railway, Shenmao high-speed railway, planned central station Maoyang intercity railway), Luozhan railway, guangzhou-maoming railway, Hemao railway and Yuehai railway. At present, it consists of four passenger stations, four main lines, six bus arrival and departure lines, a pillar-free canopy platform and *** 10 railway line. It is one of the largest passenger stations and one of the main railway transportation hubs in western Guangdong.
The Shenmao Express Railway starts from Shenzhen North Station, passes through Guangzhou Nansha, Foshan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Yangjiang, and ends at Maoming Station. It is connected to xiamen-shenzhen railway and guangzhou-maoming railway in the east, Maozhan Express Railway and Hemao Railway in the west, and Luozhan Railway in the north. The main line is 390 kilometers long. According to the first-class and two-way electrification plan of the national railway, the designed speed of passenger trains is 200 kilometers per hour, and the reserved speed is 250 kilometers per hour. The total investment is 45.84 billion yuan, passing through Jiangmen, Yangjiang and Maoming, with a total of 12 stations along the line. At present, the project is progressing smoothly, and the 12 tunnel has been fully penetrated. It is estimated that track laying will be carried out in October 20 1718, joint debugging will be started in May 20 18, and trial operation will be carried out in June 2018.
