I am honored to come to Pengcheng to participate in the second Internet Plus Master Studio Management and Development Forum and the seminar on future teacher professional development and evaluation, and to discuss in depth the topics of future teacher team building, professional development evaluation, research and training management.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Tang, former secretary-general and director of the Cuiping District Teacher Training and Education Research Center in Yibin City, presided over the opening ceremony, and Mr. Li Xiaoping, director of the Development Research Center of Shenshi Huitong Teacher Training Institution, delivered the opening speech!

Next, Yu Xia, director of the Teacher Research Center of Beijing Academy of Educational Sciences, gave a keynote speech on "New Propositions, New Ideas and New Ideas for the Construction of Teachers in the Future".

Professor Zhang from Teachers College of Shenzhen University gave a keynote speech on "Reconstruction of Teacher Professional Development Evaluation System and Research on Teacher Learning and Training Strategies". Professor Zhang systematically expounded the teacher evaluation system from four aspects.

In the afternoon, Professor Li Gengsheng from Zhejiang Education Administrative Cadre Training Center led us to see the transformation of teacher training paradigm from the perspective of supply-side thinking. Based on the principle that "demand determines survival and supply determines quality", he put forward that "a good teacher is not cultivated, but must be cultivated", in which tutor, students, environment and technology are the core elements affecting the quality of teacher training.

Zhiming Guo, head of the primary and secondary school teacher training group in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, emphasized the important role of the establishment of high-quality teacher studios in teacher training, and used teacher studios as a carrier to convey educational wisdom and promote teachers' growth.

President Guo's lecture "High-quality development and brand building of famous teacher studios" clearly puts forward the importance of high-quality famous teacher studios to teachers' development. "Tools in the agricultural age, machines in the industrial age, brands in the information age", brand of teaching advocacy, brand of classroom-based curriculum construction, brand of educational and teaching achievements, etc. are a brand path, which provides various possibilities for brand building of famous teacher studios.

What impressed me the most was the last scene. Professor Li Zhengtao, a Changjiang scholar from the Ministry of Education, gave an explanation on the topic of "Teachers' Professional Development in the Age of Artificial Intelligence". The biggest challenge of artificial intelligence to school education is not the substitution of occupation or the transcendence of ability, but the evolution and change of people themselves. In this regard, teachers should have four skills-moral quotient, love quotient, mathematical quotient and letter quotient. Teachers need to stay away from the coldness of technology, analyze data, convert information and meet changes.

On June 5438+05, the activity held special lectures according to different themes, and set up three sub-forums: the forum on the transformation of teachers' research methods and the transformation of famous teachers' achievements, the forum on innovative practice of teachers' education and training, and the forum on the management of regional famous teachers' studios and the exchange of outstanding achievements.

Director Ding Yuxiang, director of the Teacher Development Center in Qinhuai District, Nanjing, made "Network Training Mode and Training Mode Transformation of Regional Famous Teachers Supported by Technology under the Background of internet plus", which provided us with a training path in the new environment.

Zhou Shuiqing, director of yuhu district Education Research and Training Center in Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, introduced the construction of regional teacher workshops.

Li Yuping, deputy director of the Teaching and Research Center in Dongsheng District, Erdos, Inner Mongolia, introduced us to the new paradigm of R&D-the course hall.

Liuli, a professor at the School of Education of Zhejiang University, said in his comments that in the new era, the construction of famous teacher studios should also be transformed, from sub-discipline famous teacher studios to problem-solving studios, so as to truly achieve the goal of problem-driven. For example, flipping classrooms, STEM courses, interactive teaching studios, etc., have broadened the thinking for the construction of regional studios.

In the afternoon, I listened to the second forum hosted by President Wu Hong, the chief education officer of Hujiang, with the theme of "Exploring the development path of network training for famous teachers through the Internet". Four famous teachers, including,, Shi, and Dou, shared them from different angles, which opened our eyes.

This forum focuses on the reform of teaching classroom, teacher training and curriculum development. It puts forward specific requirements for us to become excellent teachers in the era of artificial intelligence, points out a clear direction, and also inspires us to reposition education and think about education.

The arrangement of 16 is to go out to study, and I am honored to visit Tencent, a well-known Internet company in China.

A group of 40 people visited Tencent's work and sports environment, felt Tencent's corporate culture, listened to the theme report of Tencent College, and deeply integrated the smart campus with the Internet. Among them, the trainer's words impressed me the most: technology makes education more imaginative.

We are in such an era of continuous innovation in information technology. As teachers, we should constantly explore our own thinking and use information technology to make education more possible!
