What does professional evaluation mean?

Career evaluation refers to the correct evaluation of an individual's strengths and weaknesses in personality, will, knowledge level, technical ability, work experience and experience, and provides a basis for formulating career goals and choosing career routes. There are three common self-assessment methods: window analysis, scale testing and self-questioning. Let's take window analysis and self-questioning method as examples to introduce them.

First, the window analysis method

It is difficult to know yourself and know yourself, so there is a saying that things are difficult, being a man is difficult, and knowing yourself is even more difficult. Psychologists know something about individuals, such as window display, but they can be big or small. For the sake of understanding, we analyze the window in rectangular coordinates. A positive coordinate horizontal axis means that others know, and a negative coordinate horizontal axis means that others don't know; A positive vertical axis means you know, and a negative vertical axis means you don't know. Window 1. You know, the part that others know is called "open me" It's a part of personal expression, and there's nothing to hide.

Window two. The part you know but others don't know is called "private me", which belongs to the private secret part of the individual.

Window three. What you don't know, and what others don't know, is called "potential me", which is the part to be developed.

Window 4. What you don't know, what others know, is called "carrying me", just like a person's back, you can't see it yourself, but others can see it clearly.

We should strengthen our understanding of "back me" in window 4. If you sincerely ask others for their opinions and opinions, it is not difficult to understand "behind my back". To do this, we need an open mind so that we can really treat it correctly. If the shoe fits, wear it. Otherwise, others will not tell the truth. You can use this method to analyze your personality, knowledge and ability.

Second, self questioning method.

Seriously and profoundly think about the following six questions, think clearly and thoroughly, and then write them down:

(1) What are my talents and talents? What am I good at? What are my strengths and advantages compared with people I know? All the advantages should be thought of.

(2) What is my passion? What makes me particularly excited and yearning, makes me particularly motivated to finish it, and is not only not tired, but also enjoying it? There must be. Please think about it.

(3) How is my experience different? What special insights, experiences and abilities can you give me? What can I do with it?

(4) What are my most obvious shortcomings and deficiencies?

(5) Who do I associate with? What are their outstanding talents, talents and passions? What kind of opportunities can you find by working with them (or following them)?

(6) What specific needs do I need to meet?

Please note:

1. If you want to succeed in your career, you must face these questions, think about them and answer them.

2. Immature questions that are difficult to answer at the moment can be put aside until you think about it.

These questions must have definite answers, and they are completely different from others. Your experience, interests and ideals can't be exactly the same as others, so your answer must be different-find out your differences! Differences exist, and differences succeed.

The answers to these questions are equivalent to your energy pool of success. Do you need to rethink regularly or irregularly to review whether all resources are used enough, whether there are resources that can be developed, and whether there are omissions in the original thinking? Over time, you will find that with the development of mentality and social relations, your energy pool is constantly expanding and becoming an inexhaustible "gold mine".
