Introduction of Xi Anhuakai Institute of Technology

Xi Hua Kai Vocational and Technical College (formerly Shaanxi PC Engineering and Technical School) was established with the approval of the Provincial Labor Department in 1996 1996, focusing on training advanced vocational skills. The college is the training base of the Employment Center of Shaanxi Provincial Labor Department and the OSTA computer information technology examination station of the Ministry of Labor. In 2006, the college was listed as a designated institution for employment training in Shaanxi Province and a provincial training base for migrant workers.
