It has jurisdiction over Xialou Village, Zhaolou Village, Jiacaiyuan Village, Wangyuelou Village, Yitianzhuang Village, Xibeizhuang Village, Zhuangyan Village, Xiadaokou Village, Jiangzhuang Village, Wangzhuang Village, Jingzhuang Village, Zhang Ying East Village, Penglou Village, Luojinan Village, Luojibei Village, Tanwa Village, Liuzhuang Village, Lulu Village, Shengli West Village and Shengli East Village. There are 38 administrative villages, 88 natural villages and 260 villagers' groups in Yao Chen Village, Xiazhuang Village, zhang ying cun Village, Luokou Village, Luo Zhuang Village and Sunlou Village with a total population of 48,400. Xiadaokouji (now Xiadaokou Village) has the site of Qiaoling City built by King Chu Ping in the Warring States and the site of stupa built in the 13th year of Jin Dading (1 174). Historically, Luoji Township, located at the border, was once an important border trade town where merchants gathered.
