Founded in 1996, the factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters with a total investment of 29.98 million US dollars. Business projects include mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, printing, assembly and painting. The main products are: photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, electric hand tools, notebook computers and other shells, internal urgent parts, etc. At present, there are more than 4000 employees.
Second, the operator requirements
1. Non-Kunshan citizens need to hold temporary residence permit, certificate of marriage and childbearing for migrant workers, employment permit for migrants, 8 one-inch photos, ID card and other originals.
2. The ratio of male to female workers is 1: 10, and those who have engaged in plastic molding and painting operations are preferred.
3. The company provides three meals free of charge, no accommodation is arranged, and the monthly salary is 620 yuan. After employment, the company signs a contract and handles social security.
4. Age of male and female employees 18? 25 years old (born before 1986 10, with nude photos above 0.8), junior high school to senior high school, male height above 1.60m, female height above 1.55m, good eyesight, hard-working, strong receptivity, cooperation with two classes of homework, and obedience to enterprise arrangements.
5. Wage shall be calculated as 8 hours/day, and overtime shall be calculated separately. Overtime standard: 2.7 yuan/hour on weekdays and 3.6 yuan/hour on weekends. The comprehensive salary during the probation period is about 800 yuan/month. According to different positions, the comprehensive salary after the probation period is about 1000 yuan.
6. Requirements for the quality of hired personnel: no anti-party and anti-government remarks in politics, no bad social crimes and violation of social security records. Once the local government and enterprises are found to have brought them back to their original places, the recruitment fees will not be returned, and the return fees will be borne by themselves.
Three, the staff accommodation unified arrangement, about 6 per person? 8 people, pay for their own accommodation every month, about 50 yuan per person per month? Around 60 yuan. Accommodation is about ten minutes' walk from the enterprise, and you should bring your own daily necessities.
4. Pay the transportation fee from Shanghai (or Suzhou) to Kunshan factory in one lump sum (the fare from Heilongjiang to Shanghai or Suzhou is self-care). As soon as the contract is signed, 50% will be paid in advance, and the remaining 50% will be paid when the first month's salary is paid.
5. After the personnel who need to enter the factory are implemented, the personnel of the employer and enterprise will pass the on-site examination and sign the employment, and then they will be sent to the recruitment enterprise in a unified arrangement.
Six, we signed a letter of responsibility with the local government or enterprises, individuals and factories directly signed (labor contract), the two sides clearly defined responsibilities, the term of the letter of responsibility signed once a year.
