You go to the counter of China Bank to handle the newly-opened personal online banking business, hold the card/discount for opening personal online banking and the valid identity certificate for opening this card/discount, fill out the Application Form for Change of Personal Comprehensive Service Information of Bank of China Co., Ltd., and check the E Order of China Bank in the selection column of authentication tools.
2. China Bank upgrades personal online banking customer service and applies for BOC E Order:
You should bring your personal online banking card/passbook associated with Bank of China and the valid ID for opening the card/passbook, fill out the Application Form for Opening Personal Account and Comprehensive Service of Bank of China Co., Ltd., and check the related service upgrade fields. At the same time, the teller will bind the BOC E order to upgrade the service.
