Second, the division of work

The Provincial Department of Education is responsible for the overall development of teacher information collection and system application in the province, and specifically organizes the information collection of teachers in cities, counties (cities), universities and departments in the province.

City and county education administrative departments are responsible for organizing local teachers' information collection and system application, and specifically organizing teachers' information collection in kindergartens, primary and secondary special education schools and secondary vocational schools.

Information collection of teachers in kindergartens and primary and secondary schools affiliated to institutions of higher learning shall be organized and implemented by the institutions of higher learning in accordance with the authority of cadre and personnel management.

Third, the scope of collection.

(1) school scope. Kindergartens organized by the government, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, other social organizations and individual citizens according to law.

(2) the scope of teachers. The school is compiling teaching staff and teachers who have signed contracts for more than one year, and other professional and technical positions and management positions. Do not collect information about retired teachers.

(3) Information scope. According to different types of schools, teachers' basic information, study experience, work experience, post appointment, education and teaching, training and research and other basic information are collected accordingly.
