Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties
Article 3 A school shall set up an enrollment work leading group composed of the leaders of the competent college and the heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be responsible for formulating the enrollment policy of the school and discussing and deciding major issues related to enrollment.
Article 4 The main duties of the Admissions Office are to implement the relevant enrollment regulations and detailed rules formulated by the school, prepare enrollment plans, and organize enrollment publicity, enrollment examinations and enrollment work.
Article 5 A school shall set up an enrollment discipline inspection and supervision office composed of the heads of relevant functional departments to supervise the implementation of enrollment policies and the openness, fairness and impartiality of enrollment work, strictly implement the responsibility system and accountability system, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates.
Chapter III Enrollment Professional Plan and Enrollment Professional Requirements
Article 6 According to the enrollment plan issued by the superior competent department, the Admissions and Employment Department shall, jointly with relevant departments, formulate reasonable enrollment plans for different majors, which shall be studied by the Council and reported to the superior competent department for examination and filing, and the enrollment plan approved by the superior competent department shall be announced to the public through various channels. Chapter IV Admission Principles and Graduation Certificate Issuance
Ninth school enrollment should be strictly in accordance with the spirit of the "Notice of Hunan Provincial Department of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment in Colleges and Universities".
Tenth in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, adhere to? Fairness, justice, openness and merit? When the total scores of literature, history, science and engineering are the same, they are admitted in the order of Chinese, mathematics and English.

Chapter V Charging Standards and Others

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
Article 16 These Articles of Association are applicable to full-time undergraduate and junior college students recruited by Hunan Information College, and the School Admissions and Employment Office is responsible for the interpretation.
Article 17 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In case of any inconsistency between the provisions on enrollment in previous school documents and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail.
