According to the spirit of the State Council's Decision on Cancelling the First Batch of Administrative Examination and Approval Items (Guo Fa [2002] No.24), China's convention and exhibition activities are managed by the "declaration and approval system" of the competent government departments. International exhibition activities are still managed by the Ministry of Commerce (or China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) and the Ministry of Science and Technology according to the "project declaration and approval system". 1. exhibitor ID: used for business personnel of exhibitors or suppliers (joint ventures).
2. Temporary library entry permit: it is applicable to exhibitors or personnel who have business relations with exhibitors and need temporary library entry due to business activities.
3. Exhibition preparation certificate: used by exhibitors or those who assist exhibitors to enter the exhibition hall.
4. Certificate of exhibition withdrawal: used by the exhibitor or the person assisting the exhibitor to withdraw the exhibition.
5. Vehicle Pass: for vehicles of organizers, exhibitors and related service units to enter and exit, vehicles parked in the exhibition center and vehicles carrying exhibition samples to enter and exit. Including:

Second, the application materials
1. Letter of introduction with uniform specifications, fill in the name of the exhibitor and affix the official seals of the unit and the organizer.
2. Copy of ID card.
3. The construction introduction letter is required for the preparation and exhibition of the special booth, and the official seal of the construction unit and service center is affixed.
Third, the application method
Exhibitors submit all application materials to the organizer, who will handle them uniformly and pay a certain fee according to the charging standard. 1. The organizer shall submit a written application to the Exhibition Department of the Convention and Exhibition Center before applying for renting the exhibition hall. The contents include the name of the exhibition, the name of the organizer or organizer, the contents of the exhibits, the start and end dates, the nature and scale of the exhibition, etc.
2. The organizer shall have the qualification to host or undertake the exhibition, and provide the exhibition department of the convention and exhibition center with a copy of the business license of its legal person company (including the partner), a copy of the effective approval documents of the industry authorities for the exhibition, the exhibition organization and implementation plan and other documents that need to be submitted. The two parties signed the exhibition hall lease contract after consultation.
3. After signing the exhibition hall contract, the organizer of the exhibition shall go through the relevant filing procedures of the exhibition at the Municipal Bureau of Commerce (domestic exhibition) or the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau (international exhibition), and apply to the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce for the registration certificate of the exhibition. If an exhibition is held in a different place, it shall apply to the local industrial and commercial department and receive the Notice of Verification and Transfer of the Exhibition in a Different Place, and handle the Registration Certificate of the Exhibition with this notice.
Four, rental goods (provided by the center and its own price difference)
1, exhibition: provide 3mx3m international exhibition, three boards, a lintel, a power supply, a table, two chairs and two spotlights. Self-exhibition (or exhibition provided by the center).

3. Specially installed booth (provided or brought by the center)
