The Urban Renewal Bureau has completed the calculation of land acquisition cost and is fulfilling the approval procedures for expropriation and demolition. Construction started in 2023 and was completed and put into use in 2024. Therefore, as of May, 2023, the construction of Guangduimian Primary School in Shenbei Vanke Beichen will start. Vanke Beichen Guang Zhi is located in Shenbei New District, Liang Zheng No.1 Road (west of Shenshi subway entrance 1.5 km), which was built by Shenyang Vanke Zhengming Real Estate Co., Ltd.
