Over the past year, with the care and support of leaders and the active cooperation of various departments, we have overcome difficulties and worked hard to successfully complete various tasks, making due contributions to the construction and development of the station. The annual work is now reported as follows:
I. Ideological and political performance and professional ethics
Pay attention to strengthening the study of one's own political theory, constantly improve the ideological and political quality, earnestly study the spirit of Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents and the 17th National Congress, actively participate in the company's "Style Education Month" activities, effectively change the work style, always keep in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly in the work, take the overall situation into account, order the ban, use power impartially, and be honest in politics. At the same time, according to the characteristics of infrastructure work, we often learn the company's regulations, methods and notifications of illegal and disciplinary cases, strengthen clean government education, prevent corruption, forge ahead in unity, be pragmatic and truth-seeking, and abide by the law.
Second, the completion of the work
1, strengthen internal management, improve work efficiency, further clarify the post division, responsibilities, authority and process of personnel in the department, avoid the confusion brought to the construction site by mutual entrustment, unclear responsibilities, multi-head management and different caliber, and greatly improve work efficiency. In our work, we strive to be brave and good at management, not selfish, not soft-hearted, and not trading on principles.
2. Strengthen internal communication and maintain departmental unity. In my opinion, as the engineering management department of the college, it is very important to support and cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure the project to be completed well and quickly. Only when everyone works together in Qi Xin can individual strength form a joint force and maximize efficiency. So in my usual work, I attach great importance to maintaining unity within the department. I can find problems and contradictions in my work, whether the staff have opinions on me or my leaders or contradictions among the staff, and solve them in time through active, active and frank communication, so that everyone can always keep a happy mood and devote themselves to their work.
3. Actively learn professional theoretical knowledge, and constantly improve their professional level. In the past year, I took the initiative to learn professional theoretical knowledge (including learning new materials, new technologies, new engineering cost management methods and soft soil foundation treatment, etc.). After work, I will apply what I have learned to the practice of project management, and do my part for the standardization and scientificity of project management in our hospital and reducing the project cost.
4. Work hard and finish all the work in an all-round way. This year is the most difficult period for the construction of our hospital. There are two new projects, major repairs and minor repairs, and a large number of equipment procurement and management. There is a lot of work to be done from planning to project completion and delivery, including planning application, drawing design, planning approval, bidding work, site management, contract management, budget and final accounts review, data archiving and so on. Time is tight and the task is heavy. In order to finish the above work on time, I will make a detailed work plan for what I want to do every month and implement it in all positions. I will always supervise and check the problems in design and construction, and dare not slack off at all. I try to solve them in time and properly, and sometimes I don't even care about eating in order to gain time. During the winter and summer vacations, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, my colleagues and I basically gave up the rest time and devoted ourselves to the construction site, trying our best to complete the project as soon as possible to ensure the normal teaching order in the new semester. The main tasks completed in the past year include: (1) completing the design and construction tasks of the second phase project (Jin Lan Avenue, guard, general layout and greening project); (2) Complete the bidding and construction of the overhaul project of the south building of the student dormitory; (3) Complete the renovation project of the West Guard; (4) Complete the overhaul of the West Dormitory Building in the West District; 5. Complete the reconstruction project of Hunan Road-the reconstruction of the north building of the student dormitory and the office building of the college; [6], cooperate with the finance department to complete the college's fixed assets evaluation and audit work; (7) Completion of minor repair projects in the college, mainly including: a) renovation of the training room of room 250/KLOC-0; B), 1# toilet renovation of teaching building; C) Renovation and renovation of the canteens in the headquarters and the Western District; D) Production and installation of publicity columns in the headquarters and the West District; E) Roof reconstruction of East Dormitory Building in West District; Being, basically complete the audit of the project budget and final accounts; Levies, complete the procurement of equipment such as 5# computer room.
5. I love my job, make bold suggestions and be a good adviser to leaders. Be able to think independently and make bold suggestions at work, and be a good advisor to leaders' decision-making. Engineering construction has the characteristics of large investment and high design change cost. Therefore, in the design and construction stage, as an engineering professional, I can put forward my own views objectively and realistically, and I will not follow suit, nor will I go against my will to please the leaders. In my opinion, people are not sages, and leaders can't master everything. If you don't point out your mistakes, you are not a good cadre, let alone a good assistant leader. The result will not only fail to maintain the prestige of leaders, but will harm the interests of the state and the collective. For example, in the process of dealing with the soft soil foundation of Jin Lan Avenue, the leaders of the college are prepared to remove and replace all the silt 3-4 meters deep underground, which has also been recognized by relevant designers. I could have done it at that time, even if the project cost overruns were caused by the site conditions, not to mention the instructions of the leaders and the approval of the designers, I would not bear any responsibility. However, based on my years of construction management experience and professional knowledge, I don't think this treatment method is very suitable, so I didn't implement it immediately. After consulting a lot of information and consulting experts, I put forward a new treatment plan to the leader: according to the site conditions and the bearing requirements of the site, as long as the soil replacement treatment is carried out within the depth of 0.8 meters, the settlement can be completely avoided and the use requirements can be met. Practice has proved that the scheme is not only economical, reasonable and feasible, but also effectively ensures the engineering quality and saves a lot of construction funds for the company.
Third, the existing problems and the direction of future efforts
Looking back on the work in the past year, although some achievements have been made, there are still some shortcomings in some aspects. For example, political theory study is not deep or extensive, work is not bold enough, creative work ideas are not many, work is not solid enough, sometimes there is fear of difficulties, and individual work is not perfect enough. In the future, I will consciously strengthen my study, constantly improve my personal accomplishment, strive to improve my work level, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and work diligently to make greater contributions to the development of the college.
