The special qualification of engineering design refers to the qualification established to adapt to and meet the needs of industry development, independently design the special technology of the industry, and integrate design and construction.
(3) The comprehensive qualification of engineering design is only Grade A ... The industrial qualification of engineering design and the professional qualification of engineering design are set at Grade A and B; According to the needs of the industry, the construction, municipal utilities, water conservancy, electric power (limited to power transmission and transformation), agriculture, forestry and highway industries can set up engineering design qualification C and construction engineering design qualification D. The construction industry needs to establish the qualification of architectural engineering design firm. The special qualification of engineering design can be graded according to the needs of the industry.
(4) The scope of engineering design includes the main project and supporting projects of construction projects in this industry (including all supporting projects such as self-provided power stations, roads, special railways, communications, various pipe networks and pipelines, supporting buildings, etc.), as well as the process, civil engineering, construction, environmental protection, soil and water conservation, fire protection, safety, sanitation, energy saving, lightning protection, earthquake resistance and lighting projects related to the main project and supporting projects.
The scope of architectural engineering design includes architectural structure design, outdoor engineering design, underground engineering design of civil building construction, residential quarters, factory front areas, factory living quarters, planning and design of residential quarters, and individual design within the scope of construction land planning permit, as well as related professional design contents (general plan, vertical design, various pipe network and pipeline design, landscape design, indoor and outdoor environment design and architectural decoration, roads, fire protection, intelligence, security, communication, lightning protection.
(5) This standard mainly assesses the qualification and reputation, technical conditions, technical equipment and management level of enterprises. Among them, the technical conditions of the main professional and technical personnel are evaluated as follows:
1, if it has been registered and needs to be equipped with registered practitioners, its professional and technical personnel have passed the registration qualification and corresponding professional examination.
2. The professional titles of the professional and technical personnel of those who have not been registered, have not established the registration qualification system and are registered but do not need to be equipped with registered practitioners (hereinafter referred to as unregistered personnel) shall be evaluated according to the professional provisions in Annex 2. Non-registered personnel of leading majors need to assess the corresponding performance and provide proof of performance. (six) to apply for more than two engineering design industry qualifications, it shall also meet the professional setting or registered professional configuration of the corresponding industry in Annex 2, and the number of professional and technical personnel in the same major shall be subject to the higher value. When applying for engineering design professional qualifications of two or more design types, the professional settings of corresponding design types or the configuration of corresponding industry registered majors in Schedule 2 shall be met at the same time, and the number of professional and technical personnel in the same major shall be subject to the higher value.
The specific assessment indicators of the special qualification standards for engineering design shall be formulated by the Ministry of Construction in conjunction with relevant departments and industries.
(seven) enterprises with engineering design qualification can engage in corresponding general contracting, project management and related technical, consulting and management services within the scope of qualification certificate.
(8) Enterprises with comprehensive qualifications for engineering design can be awarded the first-class general contracting (professional contracting) qualification corresponding to the first-class industry qualification (professional contracting) for engineering design after meeting the first-class general contracting (professional contracting) qualification requirements of the corresponding registered construction engineer (project manager).
