How does Paypal apply for a refund?

Sign in to your PayPal account. Find the payment information of the merchant that needs a refund, and then click Details.

Below the details, there is a "mediation center". Click on this "mediation center" to enter.

Is the reason for choosing a refund, including not receiving the item, or the item and description are different. Then, if you need to describe the problem, you can write down your reasons for refund before submitting it.

PayPal disputes must be initiated within 45 days after the transaction, and it will be invalid after this time;
