First, prepare for the exam
1. Return to the test center as soon as possible. Candidates who have not returned to the location of the test center should arrange their trips reasonably, return to the test preparation as soon as possible, and be sure to do personal protection on the way back. At present, fresh graduates who are still stranded in our school and need to take exams should return to school in advance according to the school's arrangements and cooperate with epidemic prevention management according to the school's requirements. Candidates should arrive at the new test center as soon as possible to prepare for the exam.
2. Do a good job in health monitoring. Conduct self-health monitoring before the exam every day, don't go out unless necessary, and take the exam when your body allows. From now on, all candidates must continuously report personal health information through the "Health Report" APP before 12 every day, so as not to affect the normal exam.
3. Perform nucleic acid detection. According to the national requirements for the nucleic acid detection of candidates in research exams, all candidates should have a nucleic acid detection on February 22 of 19 and February 22 of 18, and truthfully report the nucleic acid detection results on February 20 and February 23 of 18 through the "Health Report" APP. Our province will arrange examination rooms for candidates according to the results of nucleic acid test and big data comparison. Candidates with positive nucleic acid test results will be provided with special channels in the test center to arrange candidates to take the test in special areas and special examination rooms.
4. Participate in pre-test simulation exercises. On the afternoon of February 23, 65438, the test center organized the candidates of this test center to participate in the simulation exercise of entering the test center. Candidates enter the test center with their ID card and admission ticket, and social candidates (including non-graduates of our university) must also hold a paper report on nucleic acid detection (the paper version can print electronic screenshots). After the candidates enter the test center to verify the relevant materials, the test center will stamp the verified seal on the admission ticket to ensure that the candidates can enter the test center quickly the next day.
Second, enter the examination center.
1, the first-time candidates should arrive at the test center at least 1 hour in advance, and enter the test center with the certificate nucleic acid detection paper report (paper version) provided during the simulation exercise. After the nucleic acid test report is verified by the test center, it shall be submitted to the invigilator for reference.
2. Candidates should cooperate with the test center for temperature measurement and identity verification. Candidates must wear medical surgical masks or above before entering the examination room, and do personal protection throughout. Candidates' personal masks are removed and put into garbage bags at the entrance of the examination room before admission certification, and may not be brought into the examination room; After the certification is passed, the invigilator will immediately issue the masks equipped in the examination room to the candidates, who will enter the examination room after wearing them correctly.
After the identity verification of the last candidate is completed, the next candidate can take off his personal mask for verification after wearing the mask equipped in the examination room; Candidates are required to wear masks and keep a distance of more than one meter while waiting for illegal items to enter the examination room for inspection and identity verification. Candidates always wear masks during the exam. Candidates with positive nucleic acid test results are required to wear N95 masks at all times.
3. After the exam, candidates should wear masks in strict accordance with the instructions of the invigilator and leave the examination room in an orderly manner. They should not be crowded and keep the distance between people. After leaving the examination room, you are not allowed to stay at the examination center.
4. 12 During the period from February 24 to 26, candidates are requested to take personal protection, keep the test center and residence "two points and one line" and try to avoid taking public transportation.
Third, other precautions
1. All candidates should be the first person responsible for their own health, abide by epidemic prevention laws and regulations, and assume social responsibility for epidemic prevention. Candidates who conceal or lie about personal health status, nucleic acid test results and other key information on epidemic prevention and control, or who do not cooperate with examination staff to carry out epidemic prevention inspection and cause serious consequences, shall be investigated for responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations on epidemic prevention and control.
2. During this period, please pay close attention to the relevant epidemic prevention requirements and examination requirements issued by official website (www.haeea.cn) of Henan Education Examinations Institute in time, and keep the communication of the mobile phone number filled in at the time of registration unblocked so as to receive important reminders.
