How to apply for a company lawyer

The company lawyer application process is: (1) company lawyer work permit application form; (2) A copy of the applicant's ID card (provide the original for verification); (three) a copy of the applicant's lawyer qualification certificate or legal professional qualification certificate (provide the original for inspection); (four) the filing certificate issued by the archives department that the applicant has not been expelled from public office; (5) An individual's letter of commitment on being qualified as a company lawyer; (6) A certificate issued by the enterprise where the applicant works. Article 7 of the Measures for the Administration of Company Lawyers stipulates that to apply for the issuance of a company lawyer certificate, the applicant's unit shall submit the following materials to the judicial administrative organ: (1) the national unified legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer qualification certificate; (2) the applicant's resident identity certificate and enterprise employee identity certificate; (3) An application form for a company lawyer, which shall be filled in by the applicant himself and signed by the employer; (4) The work experience and practice experience of the applicant who meets the requirements of Item (4) of Article 5 of these Measures. Article 8 Employees of central enterprises who apply for issuing company lawyer certificates shall apply to the Ministry of Justice after being examined and approved by their units. Employees of local branches and subsidiaries of central enterprises who apply for issuing company lawyer certificates may also apply to the judicial administrative organs of local provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government after being examined and approved by the virtual units of their local friendship bureaus. Employees of enterprises in Haoran province who apply for issuing company lawyer's certificates shall apply to the judicial administrative organs of their provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government after being examined and approved by their units. Employees of other state-owned enterprises who apply for the issuance of the company lawyer's certificate shall, after being examined and approved by their units, apply to the judicial administrative organ of the local city divided into districts or municipality directly under the central government (county).
