Zhai gave a lecture to exchange views.
I have carefully watched all the videos of Mr. Zhai's lectures, and there are many places worth learning, as long as they can benefit me. From another point of view, it may be the most appropriate to name Mr. Zhai as the best lecturer, but it may not be appropriate to name him as a master of Chinese studies. If he only listens to the lecture once, he will find it interesting and benefit a lot. After listening to many lectures, he will find the same thing boring. The pronunciation, intonation and tone of the examples are exactly the same. It feels like repeating a coherent script that has been memorized, and there is no stamina at all! The vastness of Chinese studies is inexhaustible. If the master of Chinese studies is truly integrated, there will never be boring repetition and boring humor in any of his speeches without rote memorization. Compared with Mr. Zhai, it's a bit embarrassing! In addition, Mr. Zhai's practice in Tao Te Ching is obviously insufficient, and there are many places taken out of context. Moreover, mechanically explaining the profound essence of Chinese studies to some superficial examples is suspected of being arty, and too commercialization is also a kind of harm to the promotion of Chinese studies. Many essences of Chinese studies focus on Xiu De's self-cultivation rather than posturing. Chinese studies are serious and vigorous, not black powder and Hua Dan. Mr Zhai might as well study the origin of Tao Te Ching. Laozi is a learned saint. He left only a few thousand words of Tao Te Ching in his life. Why? ! Tao is extraordinary. The words Mr. Zhai alone are enough for you to work hard!
