The company has strong technical force and reasonable personnel structure. At present, there are 18 employees and 17 holders, mainly professional and technical personnel, including nearly 10 middle and senior professional titles and 4 graduate students, who are involved in soil and water conservation, hydraulic engineering, farmland water conservancy, geographical science, human geography, ecology and other majors.
