After passing the training in our school, I obtained the graduation certificate of public dietitian level, and applied for the public dietitian exam with the graduation certificate. Students can choose their own test time. Sixth, the examination form
The professional qualification examination of dietitian is divided into two parts: theory and skill operation examination. Theoretical knowledge test adopts closed-book written test; The skill operation test is temporarily completed by written test. Seven, enter oneself for an examination conditions:
Public dietitian (level 4)
(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 1 year.
(2) Have a technical secondary school diploma in medicine or food.
(3) After formal training of public dietitians in Level 4, they have reached the required standard class hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
Assistant public dietitian (level 3)
(1) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years continuously;
(2) Having been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of Grade 4 public dietitian;
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of level 4 public dietitian, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after being trained by level 3 public dietitian, and obtained the certificate of completion.
(4) College degree or above in medicine or food.
(5) Have a college degree or above in non-medical or food majors, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year.
(6) have a non-medical or food professional college degree or above, and have reached the required standard hours after training by a three-level nutritionist, and obtained a certificate of completion.
Eight, charging standards:
Public dietitian (level 4): tuition 1800 yuan.
Public dietitian (level 3): the tuition fee is 2800 yuan.
Nine. Training time and place
Students in Guiyang spend all day every Saturday and Sunday. The training place is in Guiyang Huitong Vocational Training School (opposite to Guiyang No.6 Middle School, the seventh floor of the post office in front of the provincial government).
In all prefectures and cities of Guizhou Province, if the number of students reaches 30, the school can send teachers to the local campus for centralized teaching.
