If you are in a functional support area and you have started the earthquake early warning service, but you have not received the early warning information, this may be related to the following factors:
1, no network or poor network environment;
2. The channels for releasing early warning information are not smooth, such as shutdown and flight mode;
3. The location city is not added in the weather application, or the location service is not started; (Earthquake warning information needs to be pushed according to location)
4. The location is far away from the earthquake site, the earthquake intensity is less than 2 degrees, and the earthquake feeling is weak.
note:
1, weather APP version number ≥5.2.3. 1, supporting earthquake early warning service;
2. If you meet the above conditions and have not received the earthquake warning, you can enter vivo official website-My-Online Customer Service-Enter labor and consult online customer service feedback.
Opening mode of earthquake early warning service:
1. Weather APP version is 6.0.0.0 and above:
Open the Weather app-click the "dot" in the upper right corner-Settings-earthquake warning-enable earthquake warning service-turn on the function;
Second, the weather APP version is below 6.0.0.0:
Open the Weather app-slide down the page-click Earthquake Warning-enable earthquake warning service-turn on the function.

1, you can go to "Weather App"-click the dot in the upper right corner-Settings-Check for updates/check for new versions-check for specific version numbers;
