Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, and in combination with the actual situation of the school, in order to better implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education to "run the school according to law", standardize the enrollment work of full-time colleges and universities in Nanchang University, thoroughly implement the "sunshine enrollment" project in colleges and universities, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates.
Article 2 The name of the school is Nanchang University, and the national standard code is 10403. The higher administrative department of the school is the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education.
Article 3 The school is a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university set up by Jiangxi Province and the Ministry of Education, and it has been selected into the national "comprehensive strength improvement plan of central and western universities" and "basic capacity construction project of central and western universities". The school has the right to award bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees, and has a postdoctoral mobile station.
Article 4 The main categories of undergraduate enrollment in schools are: students who take the general college entrance examination (including national defense students, Art Candidates, high-level athletes, orientation students in poverty-stricken areas, ethnic minority preparatory classes, and Xinjiang high school classes); Walk students; Sports trainers who take separate exams; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students.

Article 6 Nanchang University Admissions and Employment Information Network () is the public website of school enrollment information. The school publishes enrollment policies, enrollment plans and other information through the enrollment and employment information network, and provides services such as inquiring admission results.
Article 7 The school has five campuses: Qianhu Main Campus, Qingshan Lake Campus, Donghu Campus, Poyang Lake Campus and Fuzhou Campus. Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 8 A school shall set up a leading group for enrollment work, which consists of the main leaders of the school, the leaders in charge of the school and the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee. Its main responsibility is to study and formulate policies for school enrollment, and discuss and decide important issues in school enrollment.
Article 9 The school shall set up an enrollment working group for ordinary undergraduate colleges, which shall be composed of the heads of the enrollment and employment office, the academic affairs office, the student affairs office and other departments. Its main responsibility is to coordinate relevant enrollment work under the direct leadership of the school enrollment leading group.
Article 10 The School Admissions and Employment Office is specifically responsible for the enrollment work of this school. Its main responsibilities are:
(a) to implement the relevant laws and regulations of the state and the Ministry of Education, as well as the relevant enrollment policies of the competent departments of provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions, the same below). Implement the school enrollment charter and the decision of the school enrollment leading group.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 12 Schools shall, within the annual enrollment scale approved by the state, formulate a scientific and reasonable enrollment plan according to the spirit of relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the actual situation of running a school, combined with the preparation and use of enrollment plans by province and specialty in recent years (hereinafter referred to as enrollment plan), taking into account the number of ordinary high school graduates in each province and the proportion of candidates in each province in the total enrollment, the enjoyment of quality education resources, the quality of enrollment and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and regions.
Article 13 Within the annual enrollment scale approved by the state, the school reserves a small number of candidates from parallel volunteer who are enrolled in our school and whose majors have room for adjustment, so as to adjust the imbalance of college entrance examination students in various provinces.
Fourteenth schools implement a dynamic balance mechanism for professional enrollment plans. For majors with great social demand and good students, the enrollment plan can be appropriately increased; For basic disciplines or majors with good employment situation but few applicants, certain measures can be taken to support them; For majors with small social needs and few students applying for the exam, the school can adjust the enrollment plan and take measures such as reducing enrollment, enrolling students every other year or stopping enrollment.

Chapter IV Entrance Examination (Evaluation)
Sixteenth ordinary college entrance examination students must take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities; Recommended students, students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant national policies and the enrollment brochure of our school in that year.
Article 17 The school organizes the selection, examination and test of students who walk, art candidates, high-level athletes and sports training candidates. The test time, requirements and related matters shall be subject to the enrollment brochure of that year.
Chapter V Admission Rules
Eighteenth literature, history, science and engineering majors are admitted according to the order in which candidates enter the archives and the principle of "score first, follow the professional volunteer". Candidates who can't meet the professional volunteers will be transferred from the school to the majors that are not fully recorded if they are transferred; Those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed. The clinical medicine major (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) only admits candidates who have professional aspirations or are clearly willing to transfer to this major.
The undergraduate majors of arts and sciences in Jiangsu Province are required to be graded as BB, and the required subjects are qualified as 4C 1. After filing, the sorting method is "score first, then grade".
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission rules of "professional voluntary clearing".
Nineteenth art majors accept both arts and sciences.
(1) Admission principles for arts majors from other provinces:
1. It is required that the professional scores of all majors are qualified, and the cultural scores of the college entrance examination reach the minimum undergraduate admission control score line stipulated by the province where the candidates are located.
2. Fine arts majors (including painting, visual communication design, environmental design, product design, costume design, animation) are admitted from high score to low score according to comprehensive provinces (comprehensive score = (full score of professional test scores/professional test scores) ×50+ (full score of cultural test scores/cultural test scores )×50).
3. The art design major requires that the cultural scores of the college entrance examination reach more than 65% of the provinces where the candidates are located, and the scores of Chinese single subjects reach more than 70% of the total Chinese scores. Each province enrolls students according to the cultural scores from high score to low score as planned.
4. The major of drama, film and television literature requires that the cultural score of the college entrance examination should reach more than 70% in the province where the candidates are located, and they should be admitted from high score to low score according to the comprehensive score (comprehensive score = (full score of professional test score/professional test score) × 30+ (full score of cultural test score/cultural test score )× 70).
5. broadcasting and hosting majors require that the cultural scores of the college entrance examination reach more than 70% of the candidates' provincial scores, and they are admitted from high scores to low scores according to the professional scores.
6. Musicology (vocal music), musicology (instrumental music), musicology (composition), dance (dance, dance performance), dance performance (international standard dance), and performance majors are admitted from high to low according to their professional scores.
(2) The admission principle of art majors in this province implements the relevant regulations of this province, but musicology (vocal music) majors listed in the early batch plan require candidates to take the unified examination of "Musicology Vocal Music Score" with a score of 160 or above (candidates with this score can check it on the website of Jiangxi Education Examinations Institute). As well as other musicology and instrumental music majors, candidates are required to take the unified examination of the top three "Musicology (Instrumental Music) Minor Ranking" in the province (including the requirements for the scores of the unified examination of dance and dance performance majors included in the advance batch plan 135 or above, the height of boys is not less than 4250px, and the height of girls is not less than 4000px.
Twentieth sports majors accept both arts and sciences, and are admitted from high scores to low scores according to the relevant rules of the province.
Twenty-first students, high-level athletes and sports training majors are admitted in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the relevant enrollment brochures published by our school.
Twenty-second candidates who apply for national defense students should participate in the political examination, interview and physical examination organized by the provincial military region. Candidates who have passed the college entrance examination, political examination, interview and physical examination shall be comprehensively reviewed and selected by the training office in school and the school enrollment and employment office according to the policy.
Twenty-third students in poverty-stricken areas, ethnic minority preparatory classes, high school classes in Xinjiang, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions are admitted according to relevant state policies.
Twenty-fourth schools to the provinces preferential bonus policy in the admission to be recognized.
Twenty-fifth according to the actual situation, the school only recruits English language candidates in principle. After students enter the school, except for foreign language majors, all other majors organize teaching with English as the first foreign language. Candidates majoring in foreign languages and accounting (in the direction of international accountants) and international economics and trade (in the direction of business English) should do well in English and oral examination.
Twenty-sixth except for national defense students and majors with special requirements, there is no requirement for gender ratio when enrolling students.
Twenty-seventh candidates should choose a major that meets their own physical conditions according to the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. If the physical condition does not meet the requirements of the reported major, the school will be responsible for transferring the candidates to other suitable majors. If he doesn't obey the adjustment, he will be fired. Among them, the height requirements for undergraduate nursing majors are: 4200px for boys (4 125px required by Fuzhou Medical Branch) and 3900px for girls.
Twenty-eighth candidates who have serious dishonesty in the process of taking the college entrance examination or have a record of dishonesty in the electronic files of the college entrance examination will not be accepted by our school.
Chapter VI Freshmen and Other Admission
Twenty-ninth schools charge tuition and accommodation fees in strict accordance with the standards approved by the relevant documents of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education, Department of Finance and Price Bureau. Thirtieth new students, the school will review their admission qualifications within three months. Those who fail the second interview shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the state until the admission qualification is cancelled. Anyone who is found to be cheating will be disqualified from admission or school status once verified.
Article 31
Art freshmen must attend the professional review organized by our school after entering school. If it is found that its professional level obviously fails to meet the admission requirements, or it is obviously inconsistent with the level at the time of school examination, or it is verified that there are fraudulent acts such as *, its admission qualification will be cancelled and reported to the local provincial admissions department for serious treatment.
Article 32 In order to help poor students complete their studies smoothly, the school sets up a "green channel" when new students enter school, and establishes a system of grants, student loans, work-study programs and so on. , and actively provide help to students with financial difficulties. In order to encourage outstanding students to study hard, the school has set up special scholarships for freshmen and outstanding students.
