Founded in 1974, the People-friendly Technical College is located at Zhonggang Creek, Zhushan Lake, Toufen Town, Miaoli County. After several years of planning, it was completed on May 25th, 1977, and it was enrolled.
198 1 year, People's Friendly Industrial College was renamed People's Friendly Industrial and Commercial College, and193 was restructured into People's Friendly Technical College in February, with engineering group, management group, design group and life and application group. In order to respond to the government's "return to education" and "lifelong learning policy" and provide opportunities for in-service social workers to continue their studies, colleges and junior colleges were established; It is moving towards the goal of renaming HKUST.
