After Alipay Customer Service and Yu Xiansheng verified that the risks had been eliminated, their accounts had resumed normal use in May.
Alipay said that at that time, the system notification page showed that Yu Xiansheng's Alipay account might be involved in illegal activities, and some functions were temporarily restricted and needed to be verified. After calling Alipay customer service for feedback, Yu Xiansheng uploaded relevant supporting materials according to the prompts, and Alipay Security Center immediately contacted relevant departments to eliminate relevant risks. That is, the day after Mr. Wang submitted the materials, his account restrictions were lifted. Yu Xiansheng later confirmed in an interview with local media that the account has been used normally for a long time.
