1, project overview
Xx Road is an east-west urban secondary road in Xx Industrial Park. The overhaul project starts from the outer ring in the east and ends at Weisan Road in the west, with a total length of 1230m, including roads and drainage, and is divided into three sections. The tender section (the third bid section) is: K2+890 ~ K3+350 mileage pile number, with a total length of 460m (see attached drawing 1 for the project plan). The width of the road is 30m, and the cross section layout is 2m (sidewalk) +3.5m (non-motor vehicle lane) +0.5m (motor vehicle lane) +8m (median) +8m (roadway) +0.5m (motor vehicle lane) +3m (sidewalk). Expressway structure layer is: 15cm gravel sand cushion, 40cm fly ash three-slag base, 9cm coarse-grained asphalt concrete surface layer and 3cm fine-grained asphalt concrete surface layer; The structural layers of non-motor vehicle lanes are: 15cm gravel sand cushion, 25cm fly ash three-slag base, 6cm coarse-grained asphalt concrete surface course and 3cm fine-grained asphalt concrete surface course. The main rainwater drainage pipes in this bid section are φ 1200mm and φ 1400mm, and the pipeline interface is a flat reinforced concrete pipe flexible interface; The rainwater drainage pipes connecting Marco Road and Weisan Road are φ 1000 and φ600, and the interfaces are flexible joints of rabbeted reinforced concrete pipes; The drainage branch pipe of road pavement is φ300, and the pipeline interface is a flexible interface of socket concrete pipe. Sewage pipes are Φ 450 and Φ 300 socket-type concrete pipes, and the pipeline interface is a flexible interface of socket-type concrete pipes. The buried depth of the main rainwater pipe is 3.80 m ~ 6.97 m, the dug depth of the No.27 well of the rainwater inspection well is 7.27m, and the buried depth of the sewage pipe is1.75 m ~ 5.34 m. The foundations are all made of 135 pipe trench foundation and C20 concrete. Φ 600, Φ1200 and Φ1400 pipes are reinforced concrete pipe foundations, with yellow sand backfilled below the pipe top and plain soil backfilled above the pipe top; Φ 300, Φ 450 and Φ 600 pipes are plain concrete pipes, and the trench is backfilled with plain soil.
2. Engineering characteristics
Because this bid is an overhaul project, there is an old road within the construction scope of this project, and its road structure is: 15cm gravel sand cushion, 35cm fly ash three slag base, 5cm coarse-grained asphalt concrete surface course and 3cm fine-grained asphalt concrete surface course. When building drainage pipes, most old roads can be used as sidewalks for vehicles. During the construction of the road bed, all the roads will be demolished, and traffic access roads will be built, and the broken materials can be backfilled to low-lying places. There are gas pipes, water supply pipes and cable pipes on the south side of the old road. During construction, according to the original pipeline map provided by the construction unit, find out their positions and take protective measures. There are sidewalks and motorways on both sides of the road, and measures should be taken during construction.
