What are the main differences between Yuhang and Hangzhou hukou?

It's actually quite simple. Yuhang District and Xiaoshan District are financially independent, so the hukou in these two districts does not actually belong to the hukou in Hangzhou. Social security such as medical care and old-age care is independent, and many policies in Hangzhou cannot be enjoyed in these two districts.

Medical care, pension and other social security are independent, and many policies in Hangzhou are not enjoyed by these two districts, so it is not much different from Fuyang County. Yuhang hukou is equivalent to a foreign hukou in Hangzhou.

Xiaoshan and Yuhang belong to a district of Hangzhou, which are theoretically equal to the West Lake, Jianggan, Shangcheng, Xiacheng, Binjiang and Gongshu in the main city. Xiaoshan and Yuhang can't get a temporary residence permit when they go to the main city for employment or renting a house.

However, children want to study in public primary schools in the main city, and parents work and rent houses in Hangzhou. For example, Xiaoshan Yinong or Louta can match Zhuji, Fuyang, Deqing and Haining, which is absolutely impossible.

The temporary residence permit is a serious injury, the Education Bureau insists. Without it, basically all good policies will be put in brackets, excluding Xiaoshan and Yuhang.

The reason why there are many policies except Yuhang Xiaoshan is because these two places were incorporated into Hangzhou at 0 1, and they were all local cities before, so today they are financially independent and some government departments are independent. In this case, there is no way to implement welfare and policies here.
