The German business visa process is as follows:

The required visa materials are as follows:

1. The original Schengen visa application form can be downloaded and filled in. Or fill in and print the pdf application form after registration. The application form must be signed by the applicant. For minor applicants, the application form must be signed by both parents, and 16-year-old and above (including 16-year-old) minor applicants can also be signed by the applicant himself.

2. Two recently developed photos with white background (3.5cm x 4.5) (within the last 6 months). 45×, with colored light background, and the height of the face should be between 32 and 36 mm.

3. The original invitation letter should be written on the company's official stationery, stamped with the official seal and signed, and should contain the following information:

The address and contact information of the company where you work, the name and duration of the signer, the detailed cost of the visit and whether the undertaker will bear the cost of your return to China. The invitation letter must be signed by the inviter himself, and electronic signature is not accepted. An invitation letter without the autograph of the inviter will be regarded as lacking the original proof of the work unit.

4. The certification letter issued by the employer (in English or German, or with English/German translation in Chinese) needs to use the company's official stationery and be stamped with the official seal, and the person in charge of the company signs it, indicating the date and the following information: the address, telephone number and fax number of the company where he works; The name and position of the company signatory; Name, position, income and working years of the applicant; The purpose of the trip; The company reserves the position for the applicant; Proof of expenses and leave permission.

5. A translation of the work unit certificate (if the original is in Chinese, a translation in German or English must be provided).

6. Copy of business license/organization code/organization legal person certificate (or similar functional materials) (stamped with the official seal of the company) If it is employed by a university or government agency, this material is not required.

Legal basis:

Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration Article 9 China citizens shall apply for passports or other travel documents when leaving or entering the country.

China citizens who want to go to other countries or regions also need to obtain visas or other entry permits. However, China has signed visa exemption agreements with other governments or the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have other exceptions.

China citizens who leave or enter the country as seafarers and work on foreign ships shall apply for a seaman's certificate.
