Mudanjiang fitting base is a Mudanjiang project of CNR, which consists of Mudanjiang Jinyuan Hook Slow Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Qi Group Mudanjiang Qi Xing Foundry Co., Ltd.
Mudanjiang Jinyuan Hook Slow Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company established by using the existing resources of China CNR Mudanjiang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Factory and the advantages of technology, capital and management of China CNR Group Corporation, mainly engaged in railway freight car accessories series products. The main products are MT-2, MT-3, HM- 1, HM-2 buffer, 13A, 13B, 17 coupler, coupler tailstock and driven parts. It is a powerful casting and forging enterprise with advanced automatic production equipment in the world. It has advanced domestic technical quality inspection means and production technology, passed the ISO900 1:2000: 2000 quality management system certification, and reached the advanced level in forging, casting, heat treatment, machining, mold manufacturing and inspection.
Qi Che Group Mudanjiang Qixing Foundry Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary invested and constructed by Qiqihar Railway Rolling Stock (Group) Co., Ltd. in Mudanjiang. The main products are railway freight car transfer K2, K6 bolster, side frame and drawbar, impact seat, integral core plate and various castings with a single weight less than 13 tons. Under the leadership of the management team stationed by Qiche Group, Qihang Company has created two great achievements in the past two years. First, the equipment was commissioned for half a year, and it was put into production that year, which took on the heavy responsibility of the Ministry of Railways to produce parts and components that year. Second, boldly innovate and go beyond convention. It is the first and only manufacturer to realize the "bolster side frame integral core" proposed by the General Armament Department of the Ministry of Railways, which has won the first opportunity for the production development of Qixing Company and Mudanjiang Accessories Base.
