Can I use anime avatars for traffic management 12 123?

The traffic control APP avatar can use an anime avatar. It depends on personal preference. I didn't ask for my own avatar. Traffic control 12 123 is only an aid to the driving test. In order to facilitate better express delivery to complete the driving test, any avatar can be used, and there is no law prohibiting it.
