"Yang Yuxing" bought a real estate in 1922 and hired seven people. Due to the delicious soup powder, thoughtful service, crowded customers and prosperous business, it expanded its business projects and added desserts.
1934, Yang Xintian was seriously ill, and his son Yang Jucun took over as manager.
1937, Yang Jucun established a branch in Qingshiqiao (now Jiefang Road), adding varieties such as noodle soup, braised pork and fried dumplings, with more than 40 workers and a daily turnover of 400 silver dollars.
In the "Wenxi Fire" of 1938, both shops were destroyed in the fire.
After the "Wenxi fire", the old store was rebuilt, and the branch was changed to shack form and resumed business.
1945 On the eve of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, Laosanxing Street Store was destroyed by gunfire again, and the two stores had to merge at Qingshiqiao. In the second year, a new three-story building was built and noodle soup was mixed. Because of its high quality and delicious food, the famous "Yang Yuxing" spread in Changsha.
Today, Yang Yuxing is headquartered in Jiefang Road and has many chain stores.
