(1) Hoisting: According to the site conditions, the project is hoisted by truck crane. Due to the large volume and heavy weight of single board, only one color board can be hoisted at a time, so be careful not to damage the surface coating of the board when hoisting.
(2) Installation: divide the personnel into two groups, each with a slope. When hanging the color steel plate on the roof bracket to prepare for paving, it must be ensured that the ribs of the plate face upwards and all the female ribs face the side where the roof is installed. Otherwise, the steel plate needs to be turned or rotated 180 degrees. Plate bundle should be placed near purlin support, avoiding being placed in the middle of span. When installing the first board, special attention should be paid to ensure that the board length direction is perpendicular to the purlin direction before positioning. After the first board is fixed in place, pull a thin steel rope along the roof. This rope is the fixed line, which is used to speed up the installation of subsequent steel plates and facilitate correction. Then, during the installation process, check the fixed roof at any time. The accuracy of the position can be determined by measuring the lateral width of the fixed steel plate on the roof and the edge of the roof. In this way, the creep or fan-shaped tendency of any steel plate position can be guaranteed to be controlled. When installed in the middle of each span, the distance between the upper and lower ends of the fixed roof and the edge of the non-installed roof should also be measured. In this way, it can be found out whether the fixing plate is parallel to the axis. If adjustment is needed, it can be slightly deflected when laying and fixing subsequent steel plates until it is parallel to the axis.
