Second, the task of emergency drills
Scenario: A hidden point of geological disasters in a town and a village in a certain district was attacked by heavy rainfall, which led to landslides and collapses, and the safety of life and property of more than 50 households 148 people was seriously threatened. The sub-bureau immediately launched an emergency plan for sudden geological disasters, set up unit command institutions and on-site command institutions, and assisted the local government in delineating dangerous areas of geological disasters and setting up warning signs. Put forward emergency countermeasures and measures, and quickly organize personnel in dangerous areas to evacuate to safe areas.
Third, the operation steps
1.9:00 Telephone Reporting Office Duty Room: At 8: 50 am on July 22, due to the continuous heavy rainfall, a geological disaster occurred in Chengjiayu Village, Jinyuan Street Office in our district. According to preliminary understanding, there are 50 households 148 people around the disaster area, and some houses collapsed at the scene. The current casualties are unknown. The report is over.
2. The staff in the duty room immediately informed the director and Deputy Director Yang: "At 8: 50 this morning, I received a report from Jinyuan Land Institute. At 8: 40 on July 22, due to the continuous heavy rainfall, a geological disaster occurred in Chengjiayu Village, Jinyuan Street Office in our district. According to preliminary understanding, there are 50 households 148 people around the disaster area, and some houses collapsed at the scene. The current casualties are unknown. The report is finished. " .
At 3: 09: 05, director Wang Haiquan ordered Hu Jianmin, director of the office:

9. On-site rescue
(1) The leader of the dispatching liaison group led the team members Zheng Zhong, Niu Xinzhong, Qin, Rong Junfeng and Wang Zengping to issue license plates (two for each vehicle, stuck between the upper right side of the front windshield and the rear window) to the drivers of emergency vehicles, and was responsible for the layout of the three warning lines at the scene. Niu Xinzhonghe is in charge of the first cordon (at the entrance of a parking lot in the east of Village A), and Qin He and Rong Junfeng are in charge of the second cordon.
Feng He is responsible for guiding vehicles to park in designated parking spaces in the order of number plates.
Qin and Rong Junfeng are responsible for inserting the sign of "landslide site, house burial site" at the designated location, and solemnly and Wang Zengping insert the sign of "No entry in the dangerous area of geological disasters" at the designated location.

The dispatching liaison group sent two people to stay on the east side of village A to guard and guide the vehicles to park in the temporary designated parking lot; And set up a warning line on the upstream road of a village at a distance of 1 km, and assign special personnel to guard it. The technical data group provides relevant technical data, and the emergency rescue group organizes rescuers to immediately carry out emergency rescue and relief work.

Precautions:
(1) The personnel of each branch company will carry all emergency rescue equipment on the vehicle for use during the drill;
(2) Participants in the drill should pay attention to personnel and driving safety throughout the whole process, and the dispatching liaison group should coordinate and direct the whole process;
(3) All drillers should arrive on time and not be late. If there are special circumstances, they need to ask for leave from the commander in chief.
(4) The equipment used in the drill shall be properly kept. After the drill, it shall be kept by the team leader, who shall return it to the Bureau's geological disaster emergency command center;
(5) Vehicles participating in the drill should be kept clean;
(6) The whole exercise is subject to the arrangement and deployment of the commander-in-chief, and unauthorized actions are prohibited.
(7) The dispatching liaison group shall coordinate with the Taikoo Highway toll station to keep the smooth and orderly traffic of vehicles;
(8) Other unfinished matters shall be executed after asking the site commander in chief.
