Now the environmental impact report of the project has been basically compiled, and relevant information has been published in accordance with relevant regulations to solicit public opinions. On March 2nd, Chang 'an, vice city of Xinzhou, presided over a consultation meeting on the construction of connecting lines between Taijia expressway (Fengrun Town), Xinbao expressway (Shijiazhuang Town) and Linghe expressway (ningwu county). Responsible persons of relevant departments directly under the municipal government and relevant persons in charge of Jingle County and ningwu county attended the meeting. An Shutian emphasized that highway construction is of great significance in combination with the current poverty alleviation work. Relevant personnel should attach great importance to the construction of connecting lines in expressway, make clear the problems involved in road construction within the regional scope, and do a good job of publicity and mobilization in advance for matters that touch the vital interests of ordinary people. The planning and design department and the staff of the two counties involved should refine the plan. On the one hand, they should do a good job in Xinzhou's own scheme design on the basis of obeying the unified leadership and planning of the provincial government; On the other hand, the significance of road construction should be positioned at the height of facilitating people's travel and developing regional economy, and closely combined with industrial development, project construction and scenic service in poverty-stricken areas. Local governments and planning departments should interact with each other in two ways, and planning departments should fully communicate with local governments when designing service areas and high-speed exits; Local governments should also change their work style, take the initiative to connect with the planning departments, provide services for them, and create a good environment for the economic development of our city.
