Natural persons with the same status who have no housing (including newly-built commercial housing and stock housing) in the above areas, are not registered in this province and have reached the age of 18, and are restricted from building new commercial housing 1 set.
Remarks:
From March 1 day, newly-built commercial housing purchased within the Second Ring Road of the main urban area of Kunming, Chenggong New District and the enclosed areas of Chuanfanghe, Guangfu Road, Cai Yun Road, Huahua Avenue and Dianchi Lake can only be listed and traded after obtaining the certificate of real estate ownership for three years.
