Chapter I General Provisions

Article 4

All students who have the official status of our school will receive all kinds of credits and total credits of the training plan within the time limit allowed by the school. Those who meet the requirements for undergraduate graduation are granted graduation and issued with a diploma of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

For graduates who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees, Huazhong University of Science and Technology will be awarded a bachelor's degree and a degree certificate will be issued.

The degree level awarded to eight-year medical students shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the school.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties

Article 5

The school has set up an undergraduate enrollment leading group composed of school leaders and heads of relevant departments, whose main responsibilities are to study and formulate enrollment policies and decide on important issues in enrollment.

The school has established the Undergraduate Admissions Committee, which is responsible for providing decision-making consultation for the leading group of undergraduate enrollment in formulating enrollment plans, determining enrollment policies and rules, and deciding major enrollment matters, and playing a democratic management and supervision role.

Article 6

The Undergraduate College Admissions Office is fully responsible for undergraduate enrollment.

Its main responsibilities are: (1) to implement the laws and policies of the state and the Ministry of Education on enrollment, as well as the enrollment policies of the enrollment committees of provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions).

Implement the school enrollment charter, the annual enrollment plan and the decision of the undergraduate enrollment leading group.

Report the progress of undergraduate enrollment to the Undergraduate Admissions Committee and inform the decision-making matters of the Admissions Leading Group.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 8

Schools should make overall plans for national economic and social development, the reality of higher education reform and development, school development planning, school conditions, employment status of graduates, coordinated development of urban and rural areas and regions, and declare annual enrollment plans.

Further optimize the enrollment plan structure within the enrollment scale approved by the state.

Based on the development plan and strategic layout, the school comprehensively considers the enrollment situation of college entrance examination in each province, the quality of students and the regional layout. , scientifically and reasonably prepare the annual enrollment source plan.

Article 10

According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, 1% of the total enrollment plan is used as a reserved plan to adjust the imbalance of students in various provinces (cities and autonomous regions).

Chapter IV Enrollment Types

Article 11

The main categories of undergraduate enrollment are: general college entrance examination enrollment (including unified examination, art, high-level sports teams, strong foundation plan, national special plan, college special plan, ethnic classes, inland Tibetan classes and Xinjiang high school classes); Recruit foreign language students; Walk admitted athletes to enroll students; Enrollment of sports training majors; Overseas Chinese and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan enroll students.

Article 12

All candidates who apply for the school (except foreign language students, athletes and sports trainees) must take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities; Overseas Chinese and candidates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must take the cultural examination organized by the Joint Admissions Office of Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students. Students from Macao can also take the "Four Schools Joint Examination" in Macao. Students from Taiwan Province Province can also take the subject ability test of the Taiwan Province Provincial College Entrance Examination, and students from Hong Kong can also take the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination.

Article 13

Students of strong foundation program, special programs in colleges and universities, foreign language students, athletes and high-level sports teams must take cultural or professional examinations and related assessments organized by the school.

The examination (assessment) arrangement shall be subject to the annual enrollment brochure.

Article 14

Candidates who apply for art and high-level sports teams must take relevant professional tests in accordance with the requirements of the Office of the Admissions Committee of ordinary colleges and universities in their provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) (hereinafter referred to as the provincial admissions office); Candidates who apply for special programs in colleges and universities must pass the preliminary examination of provincial recruitment qualifications.

Only qualified people can obtain corresponding qualifications.

Chapter V Access Principles

Article 15

According to the provisions of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education on the enrollment work of ordinary colleges and universities, under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, our school has carried out the enrollment work in accordance with the principle of "the school is responsible and the provincial recruitment office supervises".

Article 16

The school determines the adjustment ratio according to the situation of students in various provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions).

According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the file transfer ratio generally does not exceed105%; For batches that voluntarily file in sequence, the file transfer ratio generally does not exceed 120%.

The list of special enrollment files is determined according to the relevant special enrollment brochures of our school and the provincial recruitment rules of candidates.

Article 17

According to the order of batch volunteers, the school accepts candidates who are not the first volunteers (including collecting volunteers) to apply for the exam when the number of students who are the first volunteers is insufficient. If the number of students is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to provinces with sufficient students; According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, in the case of insufficient students, the school participated in collecting volunteers.

Article 18

The school recognizes the national plus or minus points registered by the Ministry of Education in all provinces (municipalities _ autonomous regions). If the same candidate meets multiple requirements, he can only get the maximum score, which shall not exceed 20 points.

For enrollment projects that do not arrange provincial and professional enrollment plans, the school does not recognize all college entrance examination points and scores.

Candidates who have raised or lowered the scores determined by the Ministry of Education and the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) shall be recognized with preferential scores; When the candidates' college entrance examination scores (including extra points) are the same, the priority filing order shall be determined according to the filing sorting rules of the provincial recruitment office.

The subjects selected by candidates in the provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination must meet the requirements of our school for the majors reported by candidates.

Article 19

The school requires candidates' physical conditions to implement the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and related supplementary provisions formulated by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.

Article 20

At the time of admission, previous students and current students are treated equally; There is no limit to the ratio of male to female students.

Article 21

The Foreign Languages Institute only recruits candidates from English, Japanese, German and French.

Other majors are not limited to candidates' foreign languages, but English is the first foreign language in daily teaching.

Article 22

When determining the candidates' admission major, the candidates' college entrance examination scores (including extra points) shall prevail, and the principle of giving priority to scores shall be implemented without setting professional grades.

Candidates with the same total score (including extra points) in the college entrance examination are ranked in the same place according to the voluntary scores of the provincial admissions departments; If there are no provinces with the same ranking as the volunteers at the time of filing, and the total score of the college entrance examination (including extra points) is the same, the non-college entrance examination comprehensive reform provinces will determine the professional admission order according to the comprehensive, Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores, and the college entrance examination comprehensive reform provinces will determine the professional admission order according to the language, mathematics and foreign language scores.

In the provinces where the college entrance examination has not been comprehensively reformed, if the candidates' reported majors are not up to standard, in case of professional adjustment, they will be transferred and admitted within the planned scope of all majors (including medical majors) in the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) where the candidates are located according to the scores; If you don't obey professional adjustment, you will be dismissed.

In the provinces that implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, if it is really necessary and professional adjustment is needed, the candidates will be transferred according to their scores in the professional groups of colleges and universities with insufficient enrollment plans; Those who don't obey the adjustment will be dismissed.

Article 23

After the enrollment qualifications of strong basic plan, special college plan, art students and high-level sports team students are confirmed, their college entrance examination scores must meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) where the candidates are located, and the admission rules are implemented according to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education and the relevant special enrollment brochures of our school.

Article 24

Students from national special programs, ethnic classes (including students from Xinjiang Cooperation Program), inland Tibetan classes and Xinjiang high school classes are admitted according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 25

The tuition standard of each undergraduate major in the school is: environmental design, product design, digital media art major 10000 yuan/year; Broadcasting and hosting art major 10350 yuan/year; Music performance major 10350 yuan/year; Software engineering major 1 ~ 2 school year 5850 yuan/year, 3 ~ 4 school year 16000 yuan/year; Biological science (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) major 108000 yuan/year; Other majors range from 4500-5850 yuan/year, and different majors have different charging standards.

Accommodation standard 1 120 ~ 1440 yuan/year.

The charging standard is subject to the charging documents of the relevant departments of Hubei Province.

Article 26

After the new students enter the school, the school will re-examine their qualifications within three months. Those who fail the second interview shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the state until they are disqualified or disqualified.

Article 27

The school has a "green channel" for new students.

Students with financial difficulties in their families may apply for tuition fee remission with the proof of the people's government at or above the township level; You can also apply for national student loans and student-origin student loans as required.

Article 28

The policy of changing majors for Chinese-foreign cooperative education and other special majors shall be implemented with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Management of Undergraduate Student Status of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and related notices.
