Black Water City is called Harihaote in Mongolian. Located on the east bank of the Weak Water River, 25 kilometers southeast of Dalaihubu Town, it is an important agricultural base and frontier fortress in Xixia, and also the main road leading to Lingbei Province in Hexi Corridor in Yuan Dynasty. The Black Water City is rectangular, and the surrounding walls are well preserved, with an average height exceeding 10 meter. A large number of documents and archives unearthed here have formed a new discipline-black city philology.
Tawangfu is called Noyannaibaixing (Wang Yefu) in Mongolian. Located 2.5 kilometers east of Dalaihubu Town, with a total area of 3 square kilometers.
