7. Assist in the design of assessment planning scheme and participate in the formulation of various salary and welfare processes and systems of the company;

8. Organize and analyze all kinds of assessment information, and feed back the assessment results of all departments;

9. Collect the problems encountered in the evaluation and put forward suggestions for improving the evaluation system and indicators.
